Holiday Surf # 122 bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im Gästezimmer und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat auch Parkplätze vor der Tür für den einfachen Zugang, ohne den Aufzug zu benutzen.

Durchgehend nautisch mit Fliesenböden im Hauptwohnbereich und Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern, die Hulu und Netflix streamen.
Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatten und Geräten in voller Größe ist ideal für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten, die Sie unterwegs benötigen.

Best beach condo! Love love love!

We loved this condo! The resort was great: on the beach, easy access, near shopping and activities. The condo its self was amazing. First floor walk out from patio not far from the beach walk, courts and pool. The view from the patio was beautiful. The condo was nicely furnished with some higher end touches (great master shower) comfy beds, cute coastal decor, and all the kitchen and home goods you need for a stay. I have absolutely no complaints. We want to come back and stay in this condo again!

Reviewer Comments: Great Vacation! we loved where this condo is located, steps from the beach, tennis courts, pickled ball courts! its on the first floor, didn't have to wait on elevators!!! Obviously if you on an upper level you get a better view of the beach but we definitely had a view and the ease of being able to walk right out of our patio onto the beach was worth it!! great condo if you have small kids!

Excellent trip once again with HSRC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 122 and were beyond happy with the room. We loved that it was on the ground floor and had easy access to the beach and the parking area. We would love to stay in this same room again for future trips. May not be the best room for guest with smaller kids, as it had several breakable items on shelves throughout the condo, but it was perfect for me and my 17 year old. The rooms were very clean, comfy and had fans in both bedrooms and the living room. We can't wait to go back! The beach service was amazing as well, HSRC is our favorite place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 122. The location was ideal — ground floor, just steps from the beach, quiet and away from the pool, with parking right at the door. We loved how easy it was to walk back and forth from the beach to the room to eat, shower, or relax. The full kitchen and complimentary beach chair service were nice perks.However, we’re giving 3 stars instead of 5 due to an odor issue and how staff handled it. Upon arrival, there was a strange smell in the unit. We noticed a fragrance plug-in was empty and assumed that was it. Over the next couple of days, we tried to find the source — removing shoes, towels, etc. On the last night, we discovered the odor was coming from the master bathroom.We mentioned this at checkout, explaining we didn’t realize the source until the end of our stay. While we weren’t upset, it was disappointing to overhear a staff member complain to another about us not reporting it sooner and that it would delay the next check-in. We later learned there was already a work order to have the unit ozoned before our arrival — which explained the heavy use of fragrance products, air vent clips, and DampRid throughout the unit. It’s frustrating that the issue wasn’t handled before we checked in.There were also some minor maintenance issues: the hallway shower didn’t divert water properly, leaving low pressure, and some exposed outlets and switches were noticeable.These weren’t deal breakers, and we made the most of our trip. But the lack of follow-through on a known issue and the unprofessional comments from staff left a negative impression. We hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can fully enjoy what is otherwise a great spot.

We noticed some things; the dishwasher wasn't working, we had some bugs (ants, beetles), the towel hooks in the master fell out of the wall during the first use, and some of the furniture was a bit worn out. But as always, it's a lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly!

Being on the first floor was wonderful in terms of access to the beach and grounds - however; be aware that the sprinkler system goes off every morning and DRENCHES the patio area - so you will be unable to keep items out there and the seat cushions are wet the majority of the day.

The sprinkler system sprayed the patio every morning soaking any towels or items you may have left to dry. The unit is great but a little cluttered with the owners collectables (no personal offence I hope), it's just that there is so much that you don't have room to lay out your own items without fear of breaking something. Otherwise, I love the unit and the close access to the beach.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at this place for the past 4 years and this was the worst. Bedding did not seem clean. Hair was in the sheets. Dirty dishes was in the dish washer. No iron in the room. Room also seemed out dated. The lady at check in seemed liked she was having a bad day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. Our rooms have always been great. Condo 122 is well equipped an very nicely decorated. My only complaint and it may have been taken care of after I went in for the night, was that someone was playing music at the pool way to loud one night and teens were running around the pool area chasing each other. I walked to the dune deck to listen to the ocean and all I could hear was the loud music and young people hollering. This was before 10 pm so maybe it was in line with the norm close to a holiday weekend.
