Professionally renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Largest gulf front balcony in Pelican Beach resort overlooking the pool, dunes, the beach, and the gulf. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

This unit has the best location in popular Pelican Beach Resort. 4th floor is high enough to have a fantastic view of the pool, beach, and the gulf, and low enough to view your teens enjoying themselves in the pool from your oversized private balcony. This unit is the next unit from the corner, giving an unobstructed view of the beach, the gulf and the pool.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, portable beach chairs and umbrella that are included inside the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

4th floor, extra large private balcony and being on the stack which is very close to the beach provides the optimum beach vacation experience: spectacular views from high enough, yet it doesn't cause height anxiety and if needed just climb 3 flats of stairs and no need to wait for elevators.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

Great Destin condo at Pelican Beach resort

The condo had everything we needed! It had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach and the pool! The staff are very nice and the host was great! I would love to go back their again!

Awesome place!

Great Vacation!

We loved this unit and this property. We had stayed in Pelican Beach before, but it’s better than ever with the new beach front pool. The unit’s balcony overlooks an older pool, so if you don’t want pool noise, it might not be for you. We didn’t mind it, and being able to hear the pool’s water feature was a nice touch. No complaints with the unit. Communication was great. Arrival, check in, and entry was easy. The condo is well stocked. We purchased additional items, just in case… but didn’t end up needing them. Being able to use the stairs from the fourth floor is a bonus too. We definitely would stay at this property and this unit again.

Gorgeous & Relaxing Getaway!

We had the most wonderful week at Pelican Beach! This condo was perfect! It's very clean and updated! Having our morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the Gulf was one of our favorites! The view is magnificent! We even saw dolphins swimming/playing from the balcony! And only a few short steps to walk on the beach! We went in late February, so a few things were not open yet (Tiki Bar, Beach Chair Service, etc.), but the weather was gorgeous! The host (who was very attentive to any needs) has chairs for guests to use on the beach anyway. If we return to Destin in the future, we will want to stay at this resort!

The location is very convenient in Destin. We loved the views from both the living room and master bedroom. The resort ‘s staff was helpful and cheerful. The outdoor pools were large enough to not feel crowded. We give this condo and resort two thumbs up.

My sisters and I stayed at Pelican Beach Resort and we had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was great! We just walked out onto the beach where we reserved chairs and umbrella. Check in was easy. The owner was very attentive and texted to make sure all was good.

Pelican Beach two bedroom condos are on the side of the resort overlooking the beach and the gulf with an angle. This stack is the first two bedroom condo, almost right on the beach, with an oversized balcony and a spectacular view. It's the prime floor, and prime stack.
