Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren zu Dritt in der Wohnung (2 Teenager u. ich) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnun liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und war sehr sauber. Sie verfügt über Air Conditioning und sogar eine Waschmaschine. In wenigen Minuten Gehdistanz finden sich Kaffees, Bars, Lebensmittelgeschäfte usw. Die Metro ist nahe gelegen, so dass man Barcelona sehr gut von hier aus erkunden kann. Ebenso in kurzer Gehdistanz liegt der wunderschöne Park Guell … Pablo war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, von der sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten per Bus oder Bahn schnell zu erreichen sind. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Vermieter spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation sehr gut funktioniert.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit

in diesem netten Appartement. Pablo ist wirklich sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Bis zum Park Güell sind es wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten mit der Rolltreppe (!) den Berg hoch und in die Stadt und zur Sagrada Familia ist es auch möglich zu Fuß zu gehen, was man wenigstens einmal auch tun sollte. Sonst liegt die Metro auch nicht weit weg. Leider hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes viele Lokale in Gracia noch Abends zu. Der Weg zum Hafen über Lesseps, die Gran de Gracia, Passeig de Gracia und die Ramblas ist ein Shoppingtraum (oder Alptraum für die Herren der Schöpfung). Die Wohnung kann uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen werden.

Above the Hustle & Bustle Near Park Guell

The location was great for us, away from the tourist crowds, but just a block up the hill from a major street with all the amenities (bodegas, upscale organic grocery store, pharmacy, shops, and an Aldi (!!!) a quick bus ride away. Buses run regularly, and the Metro is a few blocks away. But best of all, you can walk through a lovely neighborhood (with wild parrots) to Park Guell when it first opens, like we did, to beat the crowds. Good restaurant a half block away and others within a few blocks' walk.The host was wonderful, meeting us at the apartment, showing us around, explaining how everything works, and answering any questions. We especially enjoyed having a washing machine and a clothesline for our use on the roof.Our only regret was over-packing for our 6-week trip; lugging those 50 pound suitcases and backpacks up the hill and the up the narrow 2 flights of stairs was more than we two retirees from (flat) Florida bargained for. But once there, we loved the apartment!

Placé à 2 pas du Park guell et de Gracia, quartier sympathique. L'accueil et la propreté étaient parfaits, fidèles à la description ! Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages un peu plus longtemps que l'heure de départ prévu, arrangeant. Petit bémol niveau isolation (mais la rue est au calme... seul le lave linge du soir des voisins était un petit peu gênant depuis la chambre des enfants).

Small, cold, dark but clean apartment.

The 3 stars are given because of the good beds, cleanliness and the helpful owner Pablo. The apartment feels somewhat depressing. Ofcourse when you only use it to sleep it’s okay. The Park Guëll is just up the street and the bus stop and metro are only a couple of minutes walking down the hill. If they would make the roof terrace more inviting with some plants and nice furniture, it would get another star. I also recommend a different fridge with a door that opens to the left. (For large people it’s quite difficult to access the fridge). Overall it’s an okay apartment, but I would not recommend it the way it is now.

Wonderful apartment, wonderful host.

Pablo's apartment is lovely. It's very clean and was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals. The clothes washer was very handy, as well. The apartment is located about a five minute walk from Park Guell, and about a ten minute walk from the Lesseps metro station. It was easily accessible, although there is a bit of a walk up a hill to the apartment--people with mobility impairments might find it a little difficult to access. There a numerous grocery stores along the main road, which is a five minute (or less) walk away. Pablo was a wonderful host. He was very welcoming, and made check in very easy. He was very responsive to questions. All in all, I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's a wonderful find in a lovely city.

Appartement conforme à la description, très agréable à vivre et bien situé à proximité du Park Guell. Nous avons apprécié la situation, proche des transports publics. Exceptional!

My wife and I stayed in this flat for a week and were very comfortable. I will compose my review in point form, listing all the positive comments we have: > Firstly, Pablo was excellent to deal with. He would quickly get back to us on any of our questions and provided his contact info. > The pictures on the site are exactly as the Apartment is.... no surprises. The master bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed. There is sufficient closet and storage space for luggage, clothing and personal items. > The kitchen was well equipped and had a few meals there, using the dining room table area > Clean functioning washroom, and good pressure in the shower. Just be careful not to enjoy it for too long as the hot water tank is on the small side. We just turned water off in between soap and shampoo and all was fine. > Great location to everything available in Gracia. There is a beautiful church across the street and escalator up to the path leading to Park Guell. We went to the park three times and walked the trails up to the second mountain for a full 360 panoramic of Barcelona. There is a nice cafe (La Granja) beside the Hospital that has awesome breakfast and Americano's! > The Metro is a short walk from the bottom of the hill and provides easy access to all of Barcelona. > Nice walk to La Familia, going through various neighbourhoods. > There is a local market close by that had terrific fresh produce. Best pears we've ever tasted! > The flat is down a private lane that is chained off most of the time. This keeps local traffic and Scooters from racing by and taking up parking space. > Has a nice rooftop a few floors up that was always quiet for a glass of wine. There is a clothes line also, where we did our laundry one day and put it up top to dry in the sun - loved it! My only recommendation would be for Pablo to have a guest book with comments. Tenants could make recommendations of where to go, what to see and do, restaurants etc. Overall, we had a marvelous stay here and give it the big thumbs up.

Très bonne semaine Barcelonaise!

Notre séjour a été très agréable! L'accueil de Pablo a été très chaleureux: dans un français excellent, il a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer et nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages! L'appartement se résume avec un "Comme à la maison ". Il est très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, tout ce qu' il faut si vous avez des enfants en bas âge. Le top c'est la clim'. Pour finir, l'appartement est très bien situé, proche d'une ligne de métro desservant de nombreux points touristiques. Et en plus, nous avons profité du calme de la rue: pour dormir c'est impeccable! Très bonne adresse!

Perfect location with friendly and helpful host

Nice appartment for 4 persons with perfect location in Gracia close to metro, shops and restaurants. We used the metro a few times but also walked a lot as many attractions are within walking distance. Perfect stay for our trip (parents and two teens) to Barcelona and huge thanks to Pablo for useful help and informations before and during our stay.

Nice experience

Pablo is warm, nice, and attentive. He took time awaiting for us at the apartment to share information about the flat and the city. He even booked a taxi for us so we can catch our early flight. We had a nice experience at Barcelona. Thank you, Pablo!
