Super Unterkunft, um Barcelona zu entdecken!

Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 10,17) angereist, um Barcelona für eine Woche zu entdecken. Für diese Unterkunft haben wir uns mit dem Hola-Ticket eingedeckt, um die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel uneingeschränkt zu nutzen, da man nicht direkt an den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Für einen Städtetrip uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat viele Informationen gegeben. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen.

"Wir haben es sehr genoss...

"Wir haben es sehr genossen, hier zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und enthält alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und absolut zuverlässig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!"

"Super Apartment, wie bes...

"Super Apartment, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen - ein Wohlfühlort mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche, großzügiger Dusche, angenehmer Beleuchtung und einem cleveren Raumkonzept, dass das Maximum aus der Fläche herausholt. Der Clou, nicht nur für unsere Tochter (7): eine große Schiebetür, mit deren Hilfe sie quasi im Handumdrehen ein eigenes Zimmer hatte. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer! Angenehme Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen Parc Güell und dennoch gut in die Stadt eingebunden (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bus und Metro - alles nah). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!"

Love love love!

This was a great place to stay for my 18-year-old daughter and me. Very safe neighborhood, easy walk to casual dining and grocery shopping. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom facilities also very nice.

Neighborhood is great.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby. Not at all touristy. Convenient to buses and metro. Clean and comfortable, lots of sunlight in living room. I loved the colorful outdoor space. every room has a step up or down, which took some getting used to.

L’appartamento è confortevole, ha davvero tutto. Pulito, comodo con i mezzi pubblici, vicinissimo a parc guell. Piano terra, frigo, freezer, forno combi microonde e normale, lavastoviglie, lavatrice entrambe con i detersivi, phon, carrefour express a due passi. Proprietario disponibile si interessava sempre se tutto ok. Consigliato sicuramente.

Given the extraordinary reviews for Xavier and his apartment, we had high expectations and it was even better than advertised. Perfect spot to enjoy it all

We really loved this apartment for our first trip to Barcelona! It was so comfortable with a great bed, excellent bathroom, and perfect layout for the dining table and kitchen, with more space to relax at the end of the day, either on the terrace or one of the couches. There's great food and plenty to see and do in Gracia! But it is also close to wonderful parks, and just 20 minutes with the metro to the Gothic quarter. So much care went into the arrangement, and it is a beautiful space to get to live in. Thank you so much Xavier (and Barcelona) for making it one of our favorite vacations!

Great location

My wife and I were only here for 3 nights. Used the hop on hop off which was convenient since one of the stops was a short 5 minute walk. The apartment was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, grocery store and pharmacy were right around the corner. The apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed. Apartment/ flat NEW APARTMENT IN BARCELONA CLOSE TO "PARQUE GÜELL" AND "SAGRADA FAMILIA

If you look at the positive reviews on this property, they are all true. It was a wonderful location, the apartment was so comfortable - everything you would every need. The owner was always available by text to help, which we really didn't need any help because everything was so well organized. Our checkin was a breeze with Maria. I won't go into all the things everyone else has included. Will say it was so easy to get around Barcelona from the apartment and there were many restaurants/bars close by. There is a really good washing machine in the apartment with a separate area to hang and dry clothes and also a very clean laudromat just a few minutes away. Best choice ever! Thankyou Xavier and Maria.

Perfect stay in Gràcia!

We had 5 nights at the apartment in Gràcia. It was perfect for us! 100% recommend! Apartment was clean, very quaint, had everything we needed. We liked the location a lot. We always felt safe and the vibe in Gràcia was laidback. Easy to stock the fridge with food/grocery nearby. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Xavier was incredibly helpful with advice, suggestions and directions. He genuinely wants your stay to be a positive one. Always responded promptly when we contacted him. Maria checked us in. She is equally as kind and spent time with us at check in reviewing the apartment as well as offed suggestions and tips. We were VERY grateful for the accommodation for an earlier check in! We walked so much! For us, it was the best way to see the sights. If you prefer, transportation is easy to use once you get the hang of it. One of our best days was visiting Park Güell at 9:30am. It was a five minute walk from the apartment! Crowds were “lower” at this time. (We had a pre purchased ticket). After visiting, we walked back to the apartment and had lunch/water and recharged and then walked to Sagrada Familia for 5:00pm (pre purchased ticket). It was a 20 minute walk from the apartment. The sunlight shining in through the stained glass windows during “golden hour” was breathtaking!!! These two major attractions at the top of my Barcelona list and both were so easy to access from the apartment. Also, less than 20 minutes from the apartment is “Casa Vicens”

Wonderful stay in Barcelona

Cool, convenient apartment in a quiet and safe area, close to many beautiful squares that come alive with locals at night, and not far to catch transit to all the main Barcelona sites. It worked very well for our teen son and us. Thank you!

Great Location

We very much enjoyed the location of this property, away from the busy neighborhoods but with numerous restaurants and grocery stores close by. Xavier is a wealth of knowledge and responds to requests quickly and Maria was equally helpful. We had a wonderful time!

Quel beau séjour nous avons passé à Barcelone! L'appartement était impeccable, au-delà de nos attentes. L'emplacement était idéal, sécuritaire, à proximité des lignes d'autobus et du métro, et tous les commerces adjacents.
