What makes our house unique, is its connection with its natural surroundings. Rare birds fly through, as the Tyflos river is on the west side of the villa, and it is considered a natural protected habitat. You will be able to enjoy the beach at any given time during the day, as it is only a 100 meters distance away and there is a private path to the beach.

One of the key benefits or the villa is its privacy. Although it is not excluded, the trees within the property and the bamboo of the area, separate it from the surrounding properties, in a beautiful manner. From every room of the house, you will have excellent views, either it is the sea view at the front, or the mountain view at the back, during all hours of the day. The calm and generous interior of the villa, will provide you with a relaxed, harmonious and beautiful environment. The most magical moment to experience, during the summertime, is on a fullmoon, sitting outside, as the whole area is lit up as if it was daytime!
