Genießen Sie ein modernes Zuhause von Montreat. Dieses Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit bequemen Möbeln, Steinkamin und modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie zentrale A / C, WLAN und Kabel-TV. Das Haus hat eine große Terrasse und einen Billardtisch und Air-Hockey-Tisch in der Garage. HOUSE LAYOUT: Main floor: Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Queen-Schlafsofa, Essbereich, Master mit König und Vollbad, halbes Bad. Oben: BR mit Queen, BR mit Queen und Twin Etagenbetten, Loft mit Doppelschlafsessel, volle Halle Bad. Unten: BR mit zwei Zwillingen, Vollbad. Spielzimmer im Garagenbereich.

Bettwäsche wird zur Verfügung gestellt und es gibt Brennholz für die kälteren Monate. Neue Fernseher wurden im September 2018 hinzugefügt (Wohnzimmer hat einen 50 Zoll Smart TV und das Schlafzimmer als 43-Zoll-Smart-TV.

Im Juni und Juli mietet das Haus wöchentlich. Ansonsten gilt ein Mindestaufenthalt von 3 Nächten, außer an Feiertagen ist eine 4-Nächte-Miete erforderlich.

Incredible place

We loved the location of the house. It feels isolated even though it is in a neighborhood. The house is a short drive to Black Mountain. It was very clean and the layout was perfect for our group.

Lovely house in the NC mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house over the holidays to be with our kids and grandchildren. Everybody loved the house, which has a beautiful view. It's very comfortable and was a great size for our family. The bedrooms are a nice size, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the cookware was top notch. It's only a few minutes from downtown Black Mountain, a lovely town which has lots of nice shops, and about 30 minutes from Asheville.

Beautiful house in a great location

This was a wonderful property for us. We wanted to be close to a variety of hiking trails, mountain streams, and the town of. Black Mountain. The house gave us plenty of room to gather as a group (7) and also lots of lovely spots to curl up quietly with a book. The house is very well stocked and welcoming.

Perfect In Every Way

Our stay at Mountain View was perfect! The house is well maintained, very comfortable, fully fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the neighborhood/setting was so serene. Sipping our morning coffee on the deck with the view of the mountains and the sound of the birds was how we started each day. We all LOVED it and wished we could have stayed longer. Our family vacationed there for a week. We loved the town of Black Mountain and Montreat!! Wonderful shops and restaurants! The house is an easy 20 minutes drive to downtown Asheville. (We never had any traffic issues going places.) We did some hiking at Mount Mitchell and DuPont State Forest, and visited the Biltmore. Graybeard Rentals were very responsive to any questions we had and made the check in/check out process easy. Mountain View was perfect in everyway!

Absolutely perfect

This entire property was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bedding was very comfortable and so pretty. The kitchen was great: plenty of room and lots of cookware for family cooking. The deck was a real favotite with splendid views and nice comfortable chairs for just relaxing. Everything was very clean. I know there were other houses near us, but we were situated so that it seemed we were the only ones for miles. We had the most wonderful time and I truly hope we will be able to return sometime.

Great Property!!! Could use minor updates.

We stayed at the property over MLK weekend and had a great time. The property has a wonderful view during winter, but may be partially occluded during the summer due to leaves on the trees. The house is also located near multiple hiking trails. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager constantly sent emails and reminders about our stay. The house itself is in fantastic shape and if we could give it a half star we’d give it a 4.5. The only drawbacks was the sleeping situation on the bottom floor and dog hair on the carpet (children would get up off the floor and have dog hair on their clothes). The two twin beds in the basement would be better set up if they had bunkbeds and a larger bed in that room. The sheets and comforters didn’t seem to properly fit. Two of the beds upstairs were firm and the pillows were flat. The kitchen was well-stocked and legibly marked. For the three meals we made, there wasn’t a kitchen item missing that we needed. I hate to be nit picky because it is a wonderful property in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the bottom floor had a better bed configuration.

Amazing property!

The house is perfect, they have thought of and include everything you could need. It's tucked away enough to have some peace and quiet but close enough to everything that it's super convenient.

Loved this home. Clean, quiet, cozy, quality linens, lovely setting, close to Asheville, but Black Mountain is fun to explore.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at Mountain View. It was a perfect set up surrounded by beautiful mountains. The house was clean with all the amenities you could possibly need to enjoy some time at home with family. Beds were comfy, the pool table and air hockey games in the basement were so fun! We enjoyed visiting the shops at Black Mountain and the short drive to Asheville and the Biltmore. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
