• Inviting living room with Smart TV for streaming. Note: The wood-burning fireplace is NOT usable.
• Fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, dishwasher, French press, kettle, and drip-style coffee maker
• Dining area with seating for 10 and kitchen island seating for 4
• Screened porch with outdoor dining table and serene views of Flat Creek
• Lower-level recreation room with TV and ping pong

• The lower level has unfinished features (exposed pipes, cinderblock walls), but is perfect for overflow sleeping with a queen-size bed, twin-size bed, and full bathroom.

This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.
