House layout: The main level- enter the house into a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and a large 48-inch Smart TV for streaming only (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon via Roku), room with a table and 4 chairs that are perfect for playing cards or games; half bath; the primary bedroom has a king bed, an amazing view and a private full bath (which features a jetted tub with separate shower and double sinks); fully stocked gourmet kitchen and island that seats 3; dining area and table that seats 8 (additional chairs available in next room); second living room/den that is featured off the kitchen with gas logs. Upstairs- A bedroom with a queen bed and full bath (shower only). Another bedroom with a queen bed. There is a full bath (Jack-n-Jill style) that you can access from the hallway or this bedroom with the queen bed. There is a room with 2 twin beds and another room with a double bed and coffee bar with sink. Outdoors- large deck with incredible views of the mountain and reservoir; fire table and gas grill; easily accessible parking for 4 cars and access to the garage if needed.

Please note there is a "whole house" generator so if there is a power outage, you won't even know. Greybeard homes are located in close proximity to Pisgah National Forest. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles may be seen in our area in the fall and winter months, and it is not uncommon for them to find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather from time to time. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.
