The apartment was nice good location Big. A few improvements, a noisy air conditioner for living room. Had to turn off when in unit ….shutters in master bedroom need to be fixed so can be closed properly for a light and noise ….Better quality couch would be nice. Loved the colourfulness of the apartment. Appreciated the appliances in sizeable kitchen Nespresso, etc. Antonia was Extremely nice and easy to reach out to. Overall enjoyed our stay the location was perfect. also, an added bonus was having the grocery store two doors down. Would return… next time.

AMAZING LOCATION, GREAT HOST!Antonia was our host. She was kind, professional, and communication was frictionless. High points:- Excellent, safe, and central location. - High walkability to shops, groceries, and major attractions/monuments.- Spacious 1 bedroom suite with living/dining room and large bathroom. Air conditioning was helpful in the August heat.- Quiet building, washing machine in-suite, and lots of windows to create airflow.Important to know:- The neighbourhood is mostly cobblestone streets and stonework buildings. This made things extra-hot during the August heat. Afternoon siestas may help.

Antonia’s apartment is beautiful and centrally located. We feel very fortunate to have it available for us during our stay in Rome. Antonia met up with us on our early check in. She showed us around and made sure we were comfortable with using the facilities and the appliances! Rome can be overwhelming with all the sites to see but Antonia’s home became our safe and place of respite! Highly recommended. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to apartment so be mindful of when packing for your trip.

Perfect location and great property

This was perfect for three of us. Easy access to the metro station and walkable to many sights. Also close to a lot of good restaraunts. Antonia was an awesome host and gave plenty of information prior to our stay to make our visit to Rome easy. Woul definitely stay again.

Antonia was a wonderful host. Our train arrived at 6am and she arranged for an early check in so we could save on luggage storage costs.She was super helpful with the trip planning, where to eat, play, etc one of my favourite spots we visited in Rome was Giardino degli Aranci, which was recommended by Antonia.Her place was clean and the best part is its convenience- it was central to all the attractions, we did not have to take the public transit or taxi, we just walked everywhere. There is also a supermarket 1 min away.She met us for coffee one day while we were in Rome and brought Kinder chocolate for all my kids, which they loved! So very thoughtful of her.Overall a great start and we would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is in the best location in Rome. It is very typical of a Roman apartment. It had everything I needed. A great market nearby and wonderful restaurants. Antonia was the most organized and helpful host I have ever dealt with

Great Place

The apartment is located in a great area for visiting Rome. We had a lot of fun and we were able to enjoy the city from this location. the owner was very responsive and provided plenty of local tips to enjoy our visit.

Wonderful location

The appartment is very convenient, it has everything it needs and is very comfortable. The location is wonderful. The host is so helpful and welcoming.

True Italian Experience

Enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect (close to Spanish Steps, metro, shopoing and many restaurant choices. Highly recommend this home and Antonia (our host) was amazing to communicate with during lead up to and during stay. Would stay here again.

Antonia’s Home

Excellent apartment at a fair rate. Step outside and you are in ROME in the best sense! Really enjoyed our 6 day stay. My wife asked Antonia to adopt her but she’s still with me.

Great Apartment!

The apartment is in an amazing location! It was spacious and included everything we needed. Antonia was very helpful with everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic location

5 minutes from Spanish Steps. You can walk to everything and 3 metro stops to Vatican city. Antonia was a great help with information and helped arrange our ride from the airport and introduced us to an amazing tour guide.

Fabulous!!!

We could not have enjoyed our time here more! From the moment I booked until the moment we left, Antonia was an amazing host. Considerate to our needs and things we didn’t necessarily know as Americans. I’m already excited to plan our next visit!

Great apartment in a great location!

We spent 4 days in Rome and stayed in Antonia’s home. Awesome location and awesome place! Antonia was great as well. Very good communication as well. Would highly recommend!

I am a 70 year-old lady, mother of two children and grandma of two grandchildren of 4 years and 1 month. I was born and raised in Rome that I love and know very well and that continues to surprise me for her beauties day after day. I retired after 40 years of work at Procter & Gamble, where I worked with passion and fun in the human resources department. Now I enjoy managing this apartment, as well another in Spoleto inthe Umbrian region north of Rome, received by inheritance. I love to get to know other cultures and customs around the world.
I'm a volunteer as clown in hospital. This is avery active activity both to attend at the hospital services and to continue in the growth of my clown path with monthly and stimulating traning sessions ... a world I'm discovering day after day and I'm very pleased with it.
Antoher passion is cultivating olive trees in the beautiful town of Spoleto in Umbria, where I spend most of the summer with my brothers and sisters and where we produce the best extra virgin olive oil for fsmily and selected friends.
Summing up in three words: Culture, Nature and Family Including Cooking! ... because I love cooking which I believe is sharing our love through the food in god company!

This holiday home has been a family home for generations. When I received it in the 1990's, it was basically occupied by my mother-in-law. After her death and after my retirement I wanted to use it to rent it to people who wanted to know Rome and feel at home. My family taught me the art of hospitality, so I try to combine this art with my passion for discovering new cultures, and knowing people from all over the world, also getting an income that helps me manage the property better that I will leave to my two children.

Cozy, well-equipped, central to turning and knowing the true Rome without the problem of transport. Everything is within reach ... legs, from the exclusive site to a good restaurant, to the most renowned boutique. A real relax for those who live there, and the the shower and the mattress you will regret both !
