Ruhig, einfach und elegant, im Herzen von Rom, zwischen Piazza di Spagna und Fontana di Trevi, nur einen Steinwurf von der U-Bahn-Station Piazza Barberini entfernt.
Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Essbereich, gut ausgestattete Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein entspannendes Bad mit Wanne. Wi-Fi, Klimaanlage, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und einen guten Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hauses.

Diese schöne Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines typischen mittelalterlichen Hauses im Herzen von Rom, nur 5 Minuten von der Piazza di Spagna und ebenso vom majestätischen Trevi-Brunnen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 65 Quadratmeter groß und besteht aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, einem Essbereich mit einem Tisch für 6 Personen, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett mit Einbauschrank und einem Fenster, das in den Innenhof öffnet sehr leise. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat vier Brenner, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Waschmaschine und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller belebender Erkundungen in der Kunstwelt dieser geheimnisvollen und faszinierenden Stadt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage und Wi-Fi.
Das Wohnzimmerfenster blickt auf die Via dei Due Macelli, wo sich das brandneue Rinascente, das eleganteste Kaufhaus Italiens, befindet. Ich empfehle die archäologische Stätte im Untergeschoss mit den Überresten des Aquädukts von Vergine und auf der obersten Etage die Dachterrasse, um in Begleitung eines guten Aperitifs, einer Panorama-Luftaufnahme auf den alten Dächern und den vielen Kuppeln von Rom zu genießen. Ein paar Meter weiter auf der Via Crispi befindet sich der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in der Via Ludovisi. U-Bahn und Supermarkt sind nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt.

We had a wonderful stay everything was nice and neat. The vacation rental was clean. The host set up our pick up back to the airport and that went swell as well. The location is Superb. Everything was in great walking distance and made seeing some of the main sites easily accessible. Subway station in walking distance as well to get to other areas if you don' wish to take a taxi everywhere.I would definitely recommend this rental for a stay. We were rarely in the home but while there we did have a great rest and was able to refresh and be off for our next daily adventure. We were not there to use the kitchen for cooking or anything but again the location was wonderful. We did keep beverages cold in the fridge. I am ready to return and would use this location again. Attached I added some photos of Walking distance locations like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, A Great Pizzeria Restaurant and other reasonably walkable views.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, attractive, conveniently located and within walking distance to the main attractions, we were very pleased with our choice. And our hostess, Costanza, was a great communicator, friendly, informative & helpful. She provided a good map and took the time to recommend sites as well as places to eat. The best advice she gave us, however, was to “get lost here” — that was perfect for wandering all the fascinating and picturesque streets. We had a great stay!

The Best Location Ever

This apartment was perfect for our first ever visit the Rome. The best part is the location - you are within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain in one direction and the Spanish Steps in the other direction. We also walked from here to the Pantheon and Roman Forum. Check in was smooth, the apartment was very clean, and so handy to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Close to multiple grocery stores and good restaurants. The only thing we missed was a shower (there is a bathtub with a sprayer) but that's Europe. I would definitely stay here again!
