Sehr schönes Studio-Apartment von 35 qm im historischen Zentrum von Rom. In einer ruhigen Straße, wo Sie noch alte italienische Handwerker in den Werken finden können. Sicher und gut mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten verbunden.
Wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Piazza Navona und Campo dei Fiori, zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Archeological Area & Coloseum.
Familienbetrieb mit langjähriger Erfahrung.

Etage eines eleganten und antiken Wohnhauses mit dekorierter Holzdecke, voll ausgestatteter Kochnische (Minikühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, elektrischem Kamin), Tisch und Stühlen, Doppelbett - Queen Size -, Doppelschlafsofa, Flachbild-TV, kabellose Verbindung. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem hohen Stockwerk befindet (zweite / dritte USA mit Aufzug) und auf eine ruhige und kleine Fußgängerzone blickt, sind die Fenster alle neu und verfügen über eine Lärmschutzbrille.
Badezimmer mit sehr großer und komfortabler Dusche. Fön vorhanden. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Klimatisiert / Heizung. WiFi kostenlos und schnelle Verbindung. Schlaf 4, obwohl wir vorschlagen, dass sie enge Freunde oder Familie sein sollten.
Der Laudromat ist eine Minute zu Fuß.

Fantastic location!

This flat is in a fantastic location. We stayed for a quick 3 day visit to Rome and were able to walk to everything. The communication with host is very clear and accomodating.

Overall it was a pretty good experience! The location is phenomenal - the Vatican & other Rome tourist spots easily within walking distance or short taxi ride. There are even a restaurant, a grocery store, a church and a taxi hub right next door. Also, Olivia, our host, was super helpful and communicative. She often checked up on us about our stay. The apartment was clean and felt secure even with it being the center of Rome. If there were any improvements that would be made, we would say that it would be nice to have a few more kitchen utensils (spatula, smaller frying pan, cutting board, chef's knife), and to make sure to clean the refrigerator and under the toilet. We also wish that there were a couple more trash bins for the various recycling categories. This all being said, this apartment is a very nice choice for a safe, comfortable vacation in Rome!

Perfect

Olivia went above and beyond to point us to less popular things to do on a very busy weekend. The unit contains all that you need and the location is quiet. Yet steps away are restaurants, groceries, pharmacy and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great location, great apartment

We loved Olivia’s apartment which was just what we needed after a day of wondering around Rome. A great location to get to all the popular tourist spots, and anything else you want to see. There is so much to see and enjoy from just stepping out of the building. The local alley ways are full of interesting food places and little stores. A relaxing hubbub of daily life goes on around you during the day and yet amazingly quiet at night after closing time. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect & charming Rome apartment

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

The Residenza Sansoni, is a delightful dwelling in Rome, completely refurbished belonged to a well-known cardinal, hundred years ago. My husbund heritates it from his family and after yers of long rentals, we decide to open our house to turists who likes to loose himself/herself in the ancient Rome atmosphere.
We grew up in Rome, we know the secret and authentic places of this city. We will guide you to discovery it but.... be careful, you will be definitively fascinated!

We spend most our free time traveling around the world! Knowing people and discover countries is the best way to increase your knowledge.

Residenza Sansoni is located close to Piazza Navona, Archeological area and Coloseum, in the historic center of Rome, west of the Pantheon. The Piazza Navona area is full of many outdoor cafes, restaurants and night clubs in the neighbourhood .
Piazza Campo Dei Fiori is very close to Residenza Sansoni. This Piazza become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets.
By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.
