Sehr schönes Studio-Apartment von 35 qm im historischen Zentrum von Rom. In einer ruhigen Straße, wo Sie noch alte italienische Handwerker in den Werken finden können. Sicher und gut mit den wichtigsten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten verbunden.
Wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Piazza Navona und Campo dei Fiori, zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Archeological Area & Coloseum.

Etage eines eleganten und antiken Wohnhauses mit dekorierter Holzdecke, voll ausgestatteter Kochnische (MinikĂŒhlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, elektrischem Kamin), Tisch und StĂŒhlen, Doppelbett - Queen Size -, Doppelschlafsofa, Flachbild-TV, kabellose Verbindung. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem hohen Stockwerk befindet (zweite / dritte USA mit Aufzug) und auf eine ruhige und kleine FußgĂ€ngerzone blickt, sind die Fenster alle neu und verfĂŒgen ĂŒber eine LĂ€rmschutzbrille.

Overall it was a pretty good experience! The location is phenomenal - the Vatican & other Rome tourist spots easily within walking distance or short taxi ride. There are even a restaurant, a grocery store, a church and a taxi hub right next door. Also, Olivia, our host, was super helpful and communicative. She often checked up on us about our stay. The apartment was clean and felt secure even with it being the center of Rome. If there were any improvements that would be made, we would say that it would be nice to have a few more kitchen utensils (spatula, smaller frying pan, cutting board, chef's knife), and to make sure to clean the refrigerator and under the toilet. We also wish that there were a couple more trash bins for the various recycling categories. This all being said, this apartment is a very nice choice for a safe, comfortable vacation in Rome!

Perfect & charming Rome apartment

We loved our stay! The location is amazing, apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and Olivia is an excellent host who also helped us with airport transportation. Check-in was a breeze. Quiet in the evening. The charm of the historic building added to our enjoyment. 10/10 recommend. Cafe Novocentro a few minutes walk is excellent any time of day.

Basic apartment at the center of the old quarter

The apartment was what it promised. Clean, fairly quiet, in the old quarter of Rome near everything. The bed was comfortable, and Olivia gave us some great recommendations. The apartment could have been slightly better equipped. It needs hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on near the shower. Also the very basic kitchen, could use a spatula and little spoons (there were only soup spoons). Also extra garbage bags for people like us staying a little longer. Otherwise, it was fine, comfortable, one big room.

Lovely clean apartment close to all of the sights of Rome, easy entry via key safe, steps to property as it’s on upper floor but there is a lift for most of the way. Nice large shower, wc and bidet available. Clean fresh towels and all you need for a short stay in the beautiful city. Thanks to the host who was easily contactable and friendly.

Wonderful place to stay in Rome

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this studio. Location is simply perfect! Everything that we need were in walkable distance. Apartment is clean, neat and comfortable. Bed and couch are comfortable. Extra blankets were available. Olivia as a host did a great job on communication. Her responses were quick and prompt. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic Location

The apartment was as advertised. A small but functional kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. We did not use the air conditioning, so cannot comment on that. The heat worked very well. The location was excellent for walking around Rome. And there was a taxi stand near the pharmacy at the end of the building for quick rides.

Close to everything!

This place is in the center of the city; you can easily walk from the apartment to all the major tourist attractions and can easily cross the river to the Vatican or Trastevere. It’s close to a supermarket and several good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and cozy for two people. It does have heating, And a useful small kitchenette. The only drawback is that the building itself occasionally has a musty smell (it’s an older building), but the windows easily ventilate. Olivia is a kind and helpful host. The check in process is very easy, and she always responded promptly to any requests or questions. She has several helpful recommendations as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect location and amazing host

The location of this apartment is perfect. It was only a 15 walk to the vatican and trevi fountain. The longest we walked was to the colosseum which took around 25 mins. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old but beautiful building. There is a lift but there is still a flight of stairs to climb after to get to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for us as a couple. The cupboard kitchen is a good idea as it kept the room aesthetically clear but provided practical living. We didnt use the kitchen apart from the sink and fridge as we didn't cook. There is a coffee shop with pastries a 1 min walk away and a supermarket a 5 min walk. We had an issue with the shower which Olivia (the host) sorted whilst we were there. The shower has good pressure and the towels are bath sheets that are fluffy and soft. The bed is a pull down sofa bed which I found uncomfortable but my partner didnt, so I suppose its personal preference although we both agreed the pillows weren't comfortable with the exception of one. However i cannot stress enough how much we would recommend this apartment. Apart from the central location, the host is lovely and very responsive. We got the train and bus to the apartment easily and Olivia arranged for a taxi for us to get back to the airport. If you're debating this, just book it. The price for the location is amazing and you won't regret it. We will be back and will be booking this apartment again.

Olivia’s place was in a great location, clean and mostly quiet. She made us aware that she would be on a trip but her responsiveness was very slow, especially when the entry key broke and we had to rely on her to buzz us in our first day and a half. The water heater had an odd issue where it would only work after you flushed the toilet, but lucky we figured it out!

Pros Location and good communications and internet worked well Cons Too many steps within the unit - one small step to washroom and within washroom there is a step to bidet and then a big step to shower room without a handle. Unsafe for seniors. There is an elevator but you have to go up 10 more uneven steps to the unit. Not good for seniors. There is a kitchen section with equipments but it is just good enough for breakfast with boiled eggs and toast. I don’t recommend to any seniors. TV didn’t work.

The Residenza Sansoni, is a delightful dwelling in Rome, completely refurbished belonged to a well-known cardinal, hundred years ago. My husbund heritates it from his family and after yers of long rentals, we decide to open our house to turists who likes to loose himself/herself in the ancient Rome atmosphere.
We grew up in Rome, we know the secret and authentic places of this city. We will guide you to discovery it but.... be careful, you will be definitively fascinated!

We spend most our free time traveling around the world! Knowing people and discover countries is the best way to increase your knowledge.

By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.
