Sehr schöne Wohnung in fantastischer Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral auf einem HĂŒgel oberhalb der Avenida da Liberdade in unmittelbarer NĂ€he der deutschen Botschaft und des Goethe-Instituts. Gleich um die Ecke befinden sich der Jardim do Torel, einer der schönsten Aussichtspunkte Lissabons, sowie der Ascensor do Lavra. Die Lage hat den großen Vorteil, dass man abseits des touristischen Rummels ist, gleichwohl wesentliche Bereiche wie Baixa, Bairro Alto, Chiado und Alfama zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Metro- und Bushaltestellen und die berĂŒhmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Ein sehr guter Supermarkt befindet sich gegenĂŒber auf der anderen Seite des Parks. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Vielen Dank an Rita, eine Ă€ußerst sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Wohnung nur uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

Bel et grand appartement.

Situé dans un quartier résidentiel trÚs calme avec vue sur un beau jardin, cet appartement est bien exposé et clair. Sa cuisine trÚs bien équipée permet de préparer ses repas à domicile. Un supermarché est tout proche. Au deuxiÚme étage (large escalier rare à Lisbonne) d'un immeuble bien sécurisé, cette location conviendra à qui veut séjourner confortablement au calme tout en étant à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du coeur de la ville. Merci à Rita, propriétaire et voisine disponible en cas de besoin.

Voltando a casa

Segunda vez que ficamos com a Rita e o irmão e a localização continua a ser excelente. Apartamento luminoso, confortåvel. Ambiente descontraído com bom gosto. Check in & out descomplicado. Acompanhamento sempre que necessårio por parte da Rita. Com todas a comodidades para nos sentirmos em casa e não nos faltar nada. A repetir uma terceira vez.

Bright airy apartment with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Quiet area overlooking a park but only a few minutes walk from main shopping area. Great place to stay in Lisboa Portugal

Rita's place had the perfect location. Located on a quiet peaceful plaza for relaxing but only a short walk to Rossio and all the action of Lisbon. Rita was most helpful and her response time was great.

Good Location ~ Not a great smell!

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Our mistake was not to read properly "pets considered" and it was an unpleasant smell and itchiness due to allergies, rather than that it was ok. What it makes us give a 3 star review is due to the lack of communication. The response by email was fine but when I spoke with Rita on the phone (as first impression counts) she was unpleasant and curt, did not feel welcome at all. She didn't know who I was until I specify that we were the people arriving to her flat. Not much information about anything but there were books about Portugal in a table. We were not sure who to contact if Bernardo or Rita but different people responded. We requested another set of keys and never got a response nor the keys. We requested toilet paper but our request was never understood. It would have been great to have more towels rather than two for a week stay. We arranged our taxi (which is our responsibility) early morning but it would have been nice if Rita/Bernardo would have been helpful due to that not many people speak english and we had to take a taxi at 4am rather than just giving us the phone number. "Treat others the way you expect to be treated."

Very nice flat in a good location

Although our stay was relatively short (5 nights), we have been to Lisbon several times over the years and found Rita's Place to have everything one could want. As others have noted, the flat is in a very convenient location, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket, with a lovely park directly across the street and a smaller park nearby with a fantastic view over the city. The flat is comfortably furnished with everything you need and has a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for a short or long stay.

Appartement trÚs agréable et situation idéale !

L'appartement est trÚs agréable, spacieux, trÚs clair et confortable. Les peintures de RIta y apportent une touche chaleureuse et lui donne beaucoup de charme. Les vues sont jolies : sur un parc avec bassin et animaux depuis le salon, ou bien sur de superbes maisons depuis la chambre et la cuisine. Le coeur de la ville est à quelques minutes à pied ce qui est vraiment idéal. Nous avons pu garer la voiture gratuitement dans une rue à quelques mÚtres. Rita nous a trÚs gentiment accueillis et a été de trÚs bon conseil ! A noter que notre petit chien était bienvenu ce qui est important pour nous. Nous visitions Lisbonne pour la premiÚre fois et cette ville nous a enchantés ! nous aimerions y revenir et séjourner de nouveau dans cet appartement ! Il a fait doux en cette fin d'année, il y avait du monde mais nous avons pu tout visiter et tout apprécier car il n'y avait pas la foule ce qui était vraiment agréable !

Rita's Place .... a perfect place for us.

There is not a lot for us to add really as the other reviewers have said it all already! After a lot of research we chose Rita's Place for a week's stay in Lisbon and it was just as lovely as we had hoped, being very clean, spacious, stylish, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We had a warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Rita's friend Bernardo as she was away that day but then we met her later and she was always available if we needed her. We spent a great week exploring Lisbon and the surrounding places like Sintra and Cascais. The apartment is situated right next to a little park in a very pleasant area of town, ideal for discovering Lisbon (we walked up and down the seven hills of Lisbon many times and even made it to Belem ) and it has a secure underground car park just opposite. We live in the countryside and so we really found it fun to be so close to everything like the local shops, great restaurants and bars and we even enjoyed watching all the everyday comings and goings to the gardens, schools etc seen from the little balcony. We would definitely recommend Rita's Place to friends and relatives and would love to stay here again when we come back to Lisbon in the future.

Comme on voulait !!!

Appart trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche du centre. Acces MĂ©tro assez proche aussi. Toutefois pensez Ă  avoir de bonnes chaussures de marche car lisbonne est situĂ© sur des collines. Rita est trĂšs sympa et vous conseille mĂȘme pour vos deplacements si vous le souhaitez, car elle parle le français. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour et tout Ă©tait comme indiquĂ© sur l'annonce. Nous conseillons cet appartement sans hĂ©sitation d'autant que Rita accepte les chiens et ça nous a bien rendu service. Nous reviendrons...sĂ»rement !!

séjour à Lisbonne chez Rita du 14 au 21/04/2015

Nous avons apprécié le confort de l'appartement de Rita, trÚs clair,spacieux,bien situé dans un quartier agréable,non loin du Rossio. Nous pouvions gagner le centre-ville en 10 minutes à pied et l'elevador du Lavra nous permettait de remonter trÚs facilement vers la maison. L'appartement est fonctionnel, joliment décoré, la vue est belle (appartement d'angle donnant sur la place des Martyrs et de beaux bùtiments),la cuisine particuliÚrement bien équipée.Seul petit défaut:le couchage du séjour n'est pas trÚs pratique au quotidien. La piÚce est grande:nous n'avons donc pas "replié" le canapé tous les matins. Précisons qu'un supermarché bien achalandé se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement et qu'on trouve un bon petit café au rez-de chaussée de l'immeuble voisin.

We spent 5 weeks in Rita's apartment. Looks just like the photos. Loved the windows and light, airy feel of the apartment. Rita was available any time we had questions. Great location - walked everywhere including Belem! Lovely park across the street - grocery store close by - restaurant next to apt. Very convenient.

Parfait!!

Nous avons passĂ© un superbe sĂ©jour chez Rita. Un appart tranquille face Ă  un parc et Ă  seulement 15 minutes Ă  pieds du square principal de Lisbonne. Great oplace to explore Lisbon

Stayed 2 weeks at Rita's apartment. A great location near downtown but in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was clean ,well equipped and comfortable. The building is across the street from a park and there are numerous bars and cafes in the area. A supermarket 1 block away and secure underground parking across the street. I highly recommend this for a city trip and Rita is a charming and very helpful hostess. I shall try to stay there again when I return to Lisbon

Lovely stylish flat in good location

Rita's place has a lovely atmosphere. It is clean and comfortable with lovely views over the Campo Martires da Patria. The kitchen facilities are good for self catering. There is a supermarket nearby. It is in a good location for walking into the centre of Lisbon but if you have walking difficulties you will need to use the Elevador Do Lavra as there is a climb to the apartment area. Rita was helpful and we would stay in this apartment again if we come back to Lisbon and recommend it to friends and family.

Cet appartement ne manque...

Cet appartement ne manque ni d'atouts ni de charme. Spacieux, lumineux, bien situĂ©. Il donne sur une belle place hĂ©las trĂšs circulante. FenĂȘtres ouvertes le bruit de la circulation est gĂȘnant, surtout pour un sĂ©jour long. Heureusement il y a du double vitrage pour la nuit. Literie un peu trop ferme Ă  notre goĂ»t. TrĂšs bon niveau d'Ă©quipement mĂȘme si une mini chaĂźne audio serait bienvenue. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs serviable. Une belle adresse si on est indiffĂ©rent Ă  la circulation automobile.

"En tant que native de Li...

"En tant que native de Lisbonne et habitant Ă  l'Ă©tranger, avoir sĂ©journĂ©, dans ma ville, chez Rita, pendant ma semaine de travail au mois de juillet fut un cadeau! L'appartement est extrĂȘmement bien placĂ©, Ă  la fois au centre historique et en mĂȘme temps retirĂ© de l'Ă©bullition touristique. En fait, il est placĂ© sur une des nombreuses collines de la ville, elle-mĂȘme entourĂ©e de celle du ChĂąteau et du Chiado. Cette situation idĂ©ale permet de presque tout faire Ă  pied. Le mĂ©tro si nĂ©cessaire est Ă  10 minutes au bas de la rue. L'appartement est trĂšs charmant. Il lie le charme des anciennes maisons de Lisbonne (pas d'ascenseur) et la qualitĂ© de la reconstruction (ce n'est pas souvent qu'on trouve un appartement bien isolĂ© du froid et du bruit, donc parfait pour les sĂ©jours hors saison!). En plus, il est orientĂ© au sud-ouest ce qui fait qu'on se rĂ©veille avec cette douce lumiĂšre qui entre dans le salon. Ces grandes fenĂȘtres s'ouvrent sur un petit parc publique en face et la facultĂ© de mĂ©decine sur la droite. . La cuisine semble Ă©quipĂ©e pour y cuisiner vĂ©ritablement: une piĂšce Ă  part entiĂšre, belle et de qualitĂ©. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une petite fĂȘte! Si vous y allez, il faut vraiment rencontrer Rita. Elle n'est pas juste une locale, mais une experte de cette ville!" ______________________________ I'm a Lisbon native living abroad and decided to stay at Rita's flat during a business week in July. I could not have done a better choice. I offered myself a peaceful and cosy shelter to return to at the end of my busy days. The flat is extremely well located at the historical centre while far enough from the touristic frenzy. In fact, it is placed at the top of one of the known Lisbon hills, half way from the Castle and Chiado. This makes it easy to walk around almost everywhere downtown and in any case the tube is a 10' walk down the road. The flat is just perfect, it possess the charm of historical Lisbon buildings (no lift) while having the quality of modern refurbishment (it is not often one finds a flat in this town with proper cold and noise isolation, so perfect for a low season break!) and good taste. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement pour son équipement, sa décoration et surtout son emplacement. Nous avons fait de l''Avenida da Liberdade notre point de départ pour toutes les visites car elle se trouve à 10 mn à pieds de l''appartement. On peut aussi choisir le quartier de Mouraria comme point de départ pour celui de l''Alfama (le plus beau et le plus authentique des quartiers de Lisbonne , cela reste mon avis personnel).Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner à quelques mÚtres de la maison, dans un cadre magnifique. Enfin ,nous n''avons rien à regretter de notre choix."

"Sympathique accueil de Rita, conseils pratiques et documentation. Beaucoup de charme pour cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© pour visiter Lisbonne. Bien qu''au coeur de la ville il est calme et deux portes-fenĂȘtres donnent sur une jolie place. Le supermarchĂ© est Ă  deux pas et il n''est pas trop difficile de se garer dans le quartier. A recommander !"

My name is Rita and I'm an architect. I bought this house and totally refurbished it to live there. After five years, wich I enjoyed the most, the flat became small for myself, and I've choosen to continue living really close!

The location is great - both for living and for those who want to visit Lisbon. The flat is plenty of light and lies between two magnificent gardens (Torel and Campo dos MĂĄrtires da PĂĄtria) in a neighborhood that - despite being in a 5 minute walk from Rossio! - is quiet and has all the facilities of a residencial area.

From this hflat you can walk to almost everywhere thjat mathers or take public transport to go to Belém, to Parque das NaçÔes or somewhere outside Lisbon, such as the beach, Sintra, Cascais, etc. Nevertheless, we can pick you up at the airport if you want or take you by car to places off the bitten track.
We have another flat in the same builing, in case you come with some friends!
