Sehr komfortables Ferienappartement im historischen Zentrum von Lissabon mit Panoramablick über die Dächer der Altstadt, im Oktober 2012 komplett renoviert. In einem typischen, im Jahre 2001 renovierten Altstadtgebäude, in der 3.Etage (ohne Aufzug) gelegen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hell, da die Fenster höher als die Dächer der anderen Häuser liegen. Es hat zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Toilette sowie zwei kleine Balkone, die zu einer Fußgängerzone hin liegen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Gepflegtes Ambiente.
Heizkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Kostenloser Internetzugang über WiFi, Computer wird nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Kein Fernseher. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Es ist ein Nichtraucher Appartement. Im Bücherregal finden Sie Pläne und Reiseführer mit touristischen und kulturellen Informationen über Lissabon. Eine Begleitbroschüre für Ihren Aufenthalt, inklusive Bedienungsanleitungen für die Haushaltsgeräte, sowie eine Liste mit empfehlenswerten Adressen wird Ihnen im Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wonderful location! Within walking distance of pretty much everything you want to see, very nice unit with an absolutely amazing view. Host was very attentive and answered our questions immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there 8 nights in September. The apartment was great, large and clean and bright and the view was amazing!!! It is up in the third floor with no elevator so be aware of thatAnd the only other issue we had was for 8 nights we only had one towel and hand towel each. The area is great, little market around the corner for groceries and souvenirs, lots of restaurants not too far of a walk, the family’s tram 28 has a stop right around the corner so that was great!:) the owners would very quick to respond and give any tips on places to go:) I’d stay again and recommend this apartment:) it’s walkable to so many places, pink street, time out market, the train/ferry terminal:)

A great apartment in perfect location

We stayed in this apartment for a week and it was great. It's tastefully furnished, complete with a lots of beautiful original art work on the walls. It's close transport and shops and within walking distance from the centre of the city. Fransoise greeted us warmly on arrvial and answered our barrage of questions about what to see and how to get there, etc. Her local restaurant recommendations were spot on. We loved our stay here. Very special.

Had a great time, I felt comfortable staying here, bed, bathroom, living room and kitchen all made the apartment lively - highlight for me is the two double doors that opens to the roof tops of old Lisbon gives you the panoramic view and makes the apartment super bright, felt that I made the right choice in staying here- want to be in the older part of Lisbon and just get lost walking the old streets you came to the right place - but be prepared for walking on hilly streets, if you have mobility challenges this is not the neighbourhood you want to be at.The apartments location is pretty central, you can walk to many restaurants and Tourist areas Thank you, Francoise

Beautiful little apartment - perfect location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and had the best time. Francoise was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations for activities around the city. View is really nice out from the juliette windows. Location is perfect for wandering around the chiado and alfama areas. Highly recommend staying here.

We were charmed!

We loved the apartment, the city, the country and the hosts! We greatly appreciated the communication from the hosts and their kind accommodation of our early arrival check in request. Jorge and Francoise did a beautiful job restoring this historic apartment so that it is comfortable and efficient. The big windows with city view are an unforgettable feature. We were very happy with the neighborhood and its many shops and restaurants. It was very easy to access other areas of the city on foot and we walked everywhere, always feeling quite safe. It was a fantastic week for our first trip to Portugal and we are already planning to return!

Extremely central to old town lisbon

Location is excellent to old town Lisbon apt is clean quiet and comfortable. Great view from the 3rd floor , large floor to ceiling glass doors. Host made early check in and ordering a cab on leaving a breeze as they live in the building spent two weeks in unit and it felt like a home away from home

We stayed for 10 days in March and felt we hit the jackpot with this apartment. The apartment is modern and bright with great views overlooking the city. The location was great. You could reach so many attractions on foot or easily take public transportation. Francois responded quickly to any enquiries and was very helpful at suggesting areas to explore. Lisbon over Christmas and New Years Eve 2024/2025

Perfect location in the central part of Lisboa. Quiet and everything is easy to reach (Mirador Santa Christina, shops, restaurants, famous Tram E28, Metro all within minutes by walking). From the appartment you have a nice view over the old city. It is clean and the hosts are very nice and easy to get in contact with. We have been here the second time and spend two weeks!

My favourite stay during my holiday

I spent 6 weeks in Europe and this was easily the best place I stayed. The apartment is even better than the photos suggest, in a location that is quiet and yet close to the hustle and bustle and the hosts are warm and lovely to deal with. Well lit with two door-windows and a window with a panoramic view overlooking the rooftops of old Lisbon. Two rooms, one a bedroom including office, the other comprehends dining room, salon, and kitchen. Bathroom with toilet, two small balconies overlooking a pedestrianised street. In the heart of Santa Catarina, is in a calm neighbourhood. More details in the owner website. Animal not admitted.
