Das Hotel liegt im Casas del Sol Komplex und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit einer kürzlich installierten, effizienten, ferngesteuerten Klimaanlage (Münzbetrieb), die auch beheizt werden kann (nur selten benötigt). 1 Einzelbett 1 Doppelbett. Die Rezeption wird sich bei Ihrer Ankunft um Sie kümmern und Ihnen während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts die Wäsche und die Reinigung zur Verfügung stellen. Viel Stauraum und Kleiderbügel. Badezimmer mit Eckdusche und Waschmaschine. Geräumige, gut ausgestattete Lounge mit ausziehbarem Schlafsofa. Spezielles WiFi, Freeview-Internet-TV mit allen Sky-HD-Kanälen, allen UK-, BT-Sport-, Bein-Kanälen usw. und allen Sprachkanälen, wandmontierter DVD- / CD-Player mit 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, gut ausgestatteter Küchenbereich mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kochfeld und Backofen in voller Größe. Private, geräumige, möblierte Terrasse, nach Süden ausgerichtete Sonnenfalle, exzellentes privates Sonnenbad. Schlüsseltresor, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite finden Sie den Spar-Supermarkt, mehrere Bars, ein indisches Restaurant, ein italienisches Restaurant, die Popeyes Sports Bar und die Irish Anvil Bar mit Live-Musik bis spät in die Nacht. Weiter in der Stadt links am Hafen, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, befindet sich das Papagayo-Zentrum mit irischen Bars, Cocktailbars und sehr späten Nachtbars, Fish and Chips, Burger King.
Weiter ist die Marina, etwas ruhiger, aber einen Besuch wert. Der Markt findet, glaube ich, samstags und mittwochs statt

Great location and value for money

We have stayed in many villas in playa blanca over the years and this villa did not disappoint.Casas del sol complex is in a great location behind the harbour and central for town and the beaches. The pool area is kept very clean and gardens surrounding very pretty. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.The villa 7a has a nice position at the bottom of the complex so very quiet and private. Inside the villa the furniture and general decor is a bit dated but all functional and in fairness reflective of the price we paid for the stay. All communications regarding our booking were responded to very quickly by the owner who was also very accommodating allowing us a late checkout as we had an evening flight.We all had another fantastic stay in playa blanca and would definitely recommend casas del sol and villa 7a if you are looking for great value for money in a fab location.Thank you to the owner and we will certainly be in touch when booking for later in the year.

Very comfortable, convenient to the local town centre and waterfront where there are a great choice.

The resort of Casas del Sol is pleasantly situated and our villa was very private, with 2 nice double bedrooms and large well furnished lounge, with a nicely furnished patio. The resort also has a very good swimming pool. Whilst there is major work going on building the new harbour the noise levels were not too intrusive and had little impact on our stay.

We have based ourselves at 7a for several restful holidays now. Without fail we have been delighted with the accommodation and associated facilities. It's proximity to the Playa Blanca harbour with its impressive restaurants, shops and promenade adds to the holiday experience!! We'll be back!!!

Great location,quiet and chilled

Playa Blanca has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Excellent restaurants,loads of shops and bars with really good live entertainment. Casas de la Sol had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with TV, well equipped kitchen and lovely quiet lounge area, so we could choose whether to stay in or go out. Shared swimming pool great size and always got a sun lounger & not too busy. It's close to the sea and all amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us as we arrived very late in the night ,we had a very relaxed holiday would highly recommend & stay again.

Location of the property is excellent, staff in reception, cleaners and grounds people very friendly and efficient. Second to none. Pool was a bit cooler than expected being worked on to bring back solar panel max efficiency. Overall a great new experience.

Great location, excellent accommodation

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is as described in the ad and had everything that we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and a sunny outdoor space. It's a short walk to the promenade and just over a kilometre to Playa Flamingo beach. We had a problem with the wifi and really appreciated Les' swift response to help us resolve it. The property is quite close to the road but we did not find it in the least bit noisy; the complex as a whole is very quiet too, so perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Very good

It was clean and had what we required. TV great, cushions on sun beds need a good wash. It was wonderful having two towel changes a week. Outside furniture very comfortable. Big, big plus for me was the air conditioning. I now only look to rent those with air conditioning. Plenty of hangers . As usual the grounds and pool were immaculate. Building the fence without putting in either a gate or style is very off putting renting down that end. I’m not sure of the reasoning. Having to walk back on yourself is tedious and rather a waste of time.

Absolutely Fabulous

Just back from 14 excellent days at Villa 7A Casas Del Sol. Our first trip abroad in 3 years, due to Covid, but well worth the wait. The property was amazing, exactly as advertised, and certainly lived up to our expectations and more. The villa is very well equipped and furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The Aircon was a huge benefit and was extremely cheap to run. The villa is so peaceful and quiet yet only a short walk to the supermarket and centre of Playa Blanca. The Casas Del Sol complex is really beautiful and so we'll maintained. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Communication with Les the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and beyond. We would definitely want to come back in the future, we've stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca but this was by far our favourite. Thanks again Les for renting us your villa, we had a wonderful time.

Great location

I want to start by saying that Casas del Sol is a beautifully kept complex in a great position. The pool area was lovely and of a good size with a nice pool temperature and if you timed it right managed to get sunbeds. We arrived at number 7A on Friday 19 August and we found everything to be absolutely fine. Maybe our only thought was that the double bedroom was a little on the small side, with not a lot of room around the bed, but this didn’t pose too much of a problem. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much welcomed as the weather was extremely hot and this was operated by euro coins. The best feature of the property for us was the very spacious terrace, providing a table with four chairs, as well as another seating area with coffee table and 4 sunbeds. We absolutely loved sitting on the terrace, and even though close to the road, we felt peaceful and chilled. However, things dramatically went downhill very quickly into our holiday and our peace was shattered. Unfortunately the adjoining property was having a full renovation and work was to continue for the remainder of our two week holiday. It was no longer private as there were builders coming and going right outside, and the noise was horrendous. What with dust flying over our terrace where we were not only sitting, but also having washing out was not great. The noise finally got so bad that we had no other choice than to ask reception if they could kindly find us alternative accommodation on the complex. Thankfully we were moved on Wednesday 24 August. Miscommunication led to this happening, and it caused a lot of upset and stress. Had we been notified of this building work before our arrival, then we most certainly would have found somewhere else to stay as we had free cancellation until 26 July. Hopefully future guests won’t have any problems and all in all it was a nice place to stay. We were just very unlucky at the time.

Abgewohntes Haus in einer guten Lage

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage in Playa Blanca. Es liegt sehr nah zum Hafen, zum Zentrum sowie zum Supermarkt. Den Strand erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Anlage Casa del Sol ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und war im Januar 26 Grad warm. Leider ist das Haus ziemlich abgewohnt und die Einrichtung teilweise sehr alt. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit neuen Matratzen, die sehr bequem sind. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es ein Polster-Doppelbett (1,40 m), welches bei unserer Ankunft komplett mit Schimmel- und Stockflecken übersät war und sehr streng gerochen hat. Die Besitzer waren über den Zustand des Bettes überrascht, obwohl es bereits in einer anderen Bewertung im Jahr 2019 erwähnt wurde. 4 Tage später wurde ein neues Bett geliefert. . Für uns war es leider nicht sehr hilfreich, da wir nur einen Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen hatten und 4 Tage auf der sehr unbequem Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen mussten. Außerdem haben in diesen Zimmer die Schränke sehr alt und muffig gerochen, sodass wir unsere Kleidung im Koffer aufbewahren mussten. Wir haben die Besitzer nach einer angemessenen Preisminderung gefragt, auf die aber nicht eingegangen wurde. Man hat uns 10 % Rabatt für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Aussicht gestellt, die wir dankend abgelehnt haben, da wir nicht beabsichtigen dort erneut Urlaub zu machen. Wir würden die Anlage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, aber nicht dieses Haus.

Excellent central location close to the harbour provides easy walking to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Playa Blanca. Flamingo beach is a 10 minute walk along the fabulous promenade, Dorada Beach 15 minutes in the other direction through the town. The marina area is another 5 minutes on from there. You can continue on to the Papagayo beaches for a more secluded, relaxed environment. All in all if you want a long or short walk there is plenty to explore on foot or you can hire bikes for a longer challenge.
