Delightful Villa on the beautiful Casas del Sol site in a superb location

Fully refurbished and modernised villa set in mature landscaped gardens on the Casas Del Sol complex which occupies a prime location opposite the Playa Blanca fishing harbour. Several beaches are within a short walk, the closest being just a few minutes stroll past the local shops, bars and restaurants along the Playa Blanca promenade. With this convenient location a car is not necessary. The villa comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen diner and comfortable lounge with multiple language TV, DVD player, radio & CD stereo system. The villa opens onto a large, secluded, private south facing terrace ideal for relaxing sunbathing and alfresco dining. The complex boasts a large heated pool plus use of two tennis courts and boule pit. Free Wi-Fi access with superfast Internet is provided in the villa and is also available in the central reception building.

A great month in Casas del Sol

We were celebrating our golden anniversary and decided to celebrate by having a long holiday as my husband has recently retired as well.The location of the property was excellent for us, so close to the promenade, shops and restaurants. Casas del Sol is a beautifully kept urbanisation and we would highly recommend it and the property 10A.restaranrestaurants

Just perfect

We have stayed at this property before, it is lovely and clean and perfect for 2 or 4 people. It is on a beautiful complex which is very clean with lovely gardens. The pool area is superb. The location is perfect for walking down to the sea front where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Or walking further afield. Would highly recommend.

Great little villa

Communication with Andy was easy and we were allowed to collect the keys a lot earlier which was great, as we arrived mid morning. The villa is lovely and extremely well equipped. The entire complex is beautiful, very well looked after and most importantly (for us) quiet. This was our 5th visit to Playa Blanca and the villa couldn’t have been more central. All amenities are within a few minutes walk.

Gem of a villa

We had a fantastic stay at villa 10a Cassa del Sol. The villa is clean, tidy and well equipped. It’s tucked away in a quiet spot but within 2-3 minutes of the pool. The pool is great and never felt over crowded. The complex is in an excellent location, easy walking distance from the main town and beaches. Would highly recommend and will definitely return if we make it back to Playa Blanca 😊

We were very pleased with the complex and the property. The complex is in an excellent position, very close to restaurants and bars. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The pool area was very well presented, the lifeguards were pleasant and kept the pool clean. There were lots of sunbeds available. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this complex.

Family time

Just departed from having the most fantastic stay in Playa Blanca. Our villawas just perfect. It had everything we needed for our holiday, and was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for getting daily provisions from the local SPAR, to then finding plenty of places to eat and chill out in the evening. I would 100% recommend staying here. Andrew’s communications were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

The Perfect Villa

The villa was in a lovely location, spotlessly clean,very comfortable & very well maintained. It was incredibly well equipped, everything you would ever need was there, from plug adapter to towel clips. The complex was gorgeous, again very well maintained. The reception staff were very helpful & pleasant,any issues we had were promptly solved. Finally Andy the owner went far & beyond our expectations always prompt to reply & very helpful. Lovely well equipped villa

A perfect location,villa well maintained and well equipped. Disappointed no mosquitoe nets at bedroom windows and the ceiling fans in bed rooms were not effective. Stayed during a heatwave but had to sleep with closed windows due to getting bitten so had very little sleep.would recommend this villa to anyone when it is bit cooler.

A perfect holiday villa

I find it very difficult to find any negatives with this villa. On a lovely small complex with pristine grounds. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and in an ideal position in Playa Blanca. Only a few hundred metres from the bars and restaurants. Good communication with the owner who provided comprehensive instructions on all aspects ie key collection, washing machine,TV etc. Large communal swimming pool with life guard, always sunbeds and umbrellas available. Front secluded patio of villa got sun all day. This villa was privately owned but nothing was too much trouble for the staff on the complex. Villa cleaned twice a week. Highly recommend this villa and hopefully will be going back.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus war optimal eingerichtet, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern konnten wir uns hier ausdehnen. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, wir konnten gut schlafen in den Betten. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht an Utensilien. Das Haus hat eine gute ruhige Lage.

Very good bungalow in a very good location

We spent one week in this nice house. It has got 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can find everything in the kitchen, what you need. You have plenty space outside, you can enoy the sun or the shadow, there are 4 sunbeds to relax. The whole place is clean and the staff at the front desk very helpful. The contact with the owner was friendly, helpful and he answered every question very fast! You will notice, that this house is in private hands, so he takes really care of you. The house is very quiet, you can not hear the street, but you can walk within 2 minutes to the next supermarket and you need 10 minutes to the flamingo beach. Because there is a parking place for cars at the entrance, you can hear only the wind and the ferrys:-) WE can highly recommand this house and we would love to come back next year!
