Eine moderne Privatvilla in der ruhigen Wohngegend Parque Del Rey, nur 15 Gehminuten von den Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften des Stadtzentrums von Playa Blanca entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über einen eigenen elektrisch beheizten Pool, der von einer nach Süden ausgerichteten, privaten Sonnenterrasse und einem traditionellen spanischen Grill umgeben ist. Es gibt einen Essbereich im Freien mit Pergola-Dach, um die warmen Abende wirklich zu genießen.

Die Villa ist durchgehend nach einem hohen, modernen Standard eingerichtet und verfügt über hohe Gewölbedecken für ein kühles und geräumiges Ambiente.
Es gibt bequeme Ledersofas, LED-Smart-TV und WIFI in der Lounge.
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und großem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank.

Lovely villa , ideal for us as a couple but also completely suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything you could need. The villa is situated in a quiet area and is a gentle 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca so perfect for our holiday.

A lovely peaceful week spent at Villa Lucinda. The pool was a perfect temperature and we ended up spending a lot of time in it. We hired a car but found it only a 15 minute walk into the town and a 4 taxi back from the rank, so only used the car for day trips out or to go to the supermarket.A highlight was the open air dining area which was sheltered and kept most of the wind away and was perfect for eating and sundowners.A brief issue with the pool cover was sorted very promptly by the maintenance company and all in all it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa

Lucinda’s villa is just incredible- airy, spotless and peaceful. We loved the pool which was a good size. Loved the seating area outside. The location is perfect. 15 mins approx to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The marina area is further but still walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa …. We are missing it already ! Thanks Lucinda

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

Well maintained villa in a great position. Ideal for a couple. Everything we needed and great to have a contact nearby although we didn't have any issues. Really liked having an alarm as I I find it hard to settle in a strange place. We would definitely recommend to others.

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. Lovely place to stay

The villa was just as described and just like the photos. We had a great stay here and didn’t want to leave. The pool was great & lovely and warm. We didn’t use the facilities much as we ate out every night as most restaurants were reasonably priced also didn’t use the tv as we enjoyed the outside space to chill. It was so peaceful & we felt at home. We would love to come back soon

Great villa, great location

The villa was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the main bedroom meant a good night's sleep. Villa location is nice and quiet and it's a lovely 15 min walk down to the harbour area and the start of the shops, restaurants. Communication was great and we received villa details, directions and other useful information about 2 weeks before our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa

The villa is very clean, tidy and well equipped. Good WiFi and great tv including UK channels and hundreds of movies. The pool is great and was also heated. The location is good, very quiet, but only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the sea front. All communication with the owner was excellent and Fran, the local manager, is very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Perfect property

This villa was absolutely perfect in every way. The pool was lovely and south-facing, so was in the sun all day. There was a covered area of the patio also which was perfect for meals. The villa itself was compact but exactly right for us (2 adults). It's about a 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre, or a taxi cost about 3,5 Euros. I honestly cannot recommend this villa more and plan to return.

Relaxing week at Villa Lucinda

Second stay at Villa LUCINDA, lovely compact villa that has everything you need. Only the main bedroom has aircon but there is a fan if you need in second bedroom. Lovely pool and pool area. Short walk to the main sea front area with shops and restaurants. Good beaches close by and easy guaranteed parking areas if driving. Good communication from host, easy check in procedure and local management company if you need them. Had a lovely relaxing week and will definitely be back for a third time very soon Thank you Julie and Chris
