The Space:
The 42 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a modern open kitchen with adjoining living/dining area, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). There are also two comfortable sofa in the living room one of them as a sofa bed. A total of 4 people can sleep comfortably.

The apartment is designed with beautiful real wood parquet and also has underfloor heating throughout. The bathroom is modern tiled.

The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more.

The modern interior bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower; automatic ventilation is also available.

In the living room there is a large 40 inches TV (approx. 1 m) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop.

Lightning-fast WiFi with 100 Mbit/s download and upload is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the Internet via WLAN or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room), so that you can surf and work with the laptop without any problems. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.

The washing machines in the stairwell of the main building can be used free of charge. Drying racks and irons are available to lend in the stairwell for drying your laundry.

Guest Access:
Via the main entrance you come into the passage and turn right, where the entrance door to the apartment is located. Check-in is possible at any time via a pincode at the main gate and the entrance door to your flat.

The Neighborhood:
The quiet residential area Weißensee extends around the lake of the same name, which attracts numerous bathers in summer with the Weißensee lido. The Brecht House, where film screenings and literary events take place, and the Milchhäuschen, a café from GDR times, are located directly on the lake.

The apartment is located in an apartment building in Berlin-Weißensee that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located in the center of Weißensee, near Antonplatz.

The main traffic axis in Weißensee is the Berliner Allee. From here you can quickly get to the Berliner Ring. Roelckestrasse runs parallel to this.

Various shops are within walking distance (EDEKA, organic market, Rossmann and other shops for everyday needs). The weekly market on Antonplatz invites you to stroll and linger.

A variety of great restaurants such as the Moon Cuisine Weißensee (Asian cuisine), Fellini Pizza (pizzeria) or the PastaShop (homemade pasta) complete the culinary offer.

Right next to the apartment there is a friendly Berliner Späti / shop where you can buy drinks and small everyday necessities until late in the evening (11:00 p.m.) and even until 1:00 a.m. on weekends.

Prenzlauer Berg with its great neighborhoods is only a stone's throw away; There are scooters and e-bikes everywhere for easy rental (providers: circ, lime, bolt, voi, tier, ...), so that you can be in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, where party life is pulsating, in no time.

Parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets and are usually no more than a few minutes' walk from the house.

From Antonplatz (2 minutes on foot, 180 m away) it takes only 16 minutes to Alexanderplatz; It is 26 minutes to Berlin Central Station, 40 minutes to BER Airport and 25 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate.
