3 room duplex apartment renovated in 2022. Fully equipped with a modern open kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and combined living/dining area with a comfortable sofa; suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Ring train & tram connection, close to the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Str. (Prenzlauer Berg), in 20 minutes in the city centre. The neighbouring LanghansstraĂe is a real gastronomic mile, there is also a cinema, organic and weekly market and a well-known tattoo studio. Lightning fast & free Wi-Fi.
The Space:
The 57sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and basement of a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a modern, open kitchen with a comfortable couch and an adjoining living/dining area, bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m & 1.40 x 2.00 m). A total of 4 people can sleep comfortably. The big windows has automatic rolling shutters and electrical windows.
The apartment is designed with beautiful real wood parquet and also has underfloor heating throughout. The bathroom is modern tiled.
The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more.
The modern interior bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower; automatic ventilation is also available.
In the living room there is a large TV with 40 inches (approx. 1 m) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop.
Lightning-fast Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit/s upload and download is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the Internet via WLAN or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room), so that you can surf and work with the laptop without any problems. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.
The washing machines in the stairwell of the main building can be used free of charge. Drying racks and irons are available in the stairwell as well, you can take them and drying youir laundry in your flat.
There are no additional costs on site.

The Neighborhood:
The quiet residential area WeiĂensee extends around the lake of the same name, which attracts numerous bathers in summer with the WeiĂensee lido. The Brecht House, where film screenings and literary events take place, and the MilchhĂ€uschen, a cafĂ© from GDR times, are located directly on the lake.

Prenzlauer Berg with its great neighborhoods is only a stone's throw away; There are scooters and e-bikes everywhere for easy rental (providers: circ, lime, bolt, voi, tier, ...), so that you can be in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte, where party life is pulsating, in no time.
