Sleeping up to 12 guests, this home is a great fit for families and groups who want space to gather, reconnect, and still have room to recharge. A complimentary six-seater golf cart is included, making it easy to get to the beach and explore the surrounding area. With multiple decks overlooking the lake, you’ll have front-row seats to slow mornings and laid-back evenings throughout your stay.

Your Space
As you walk in, you’re greeted by an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light and peaceful lake views. It’s the kind of space where everyone naturally comes together, whether it’s for movie nights, sharing meals, or planning the next day’s beach trip. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and a dining area right next to the kitchen island with seating for three, perfect for quick breakfasts or casual conversations while cooking. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
