-Bunk Room kid-friendly space with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds, toys, games, and Smart TV. Sleeps 6.

Soliel. New upscale dining on the Gulf of Mexico, former Top Chef celebrity chef. Lunch 11 am-3 pm. Dinner 5 pm-Close. Closed Monday. 6-minute walk. Parking limited.

The home's driveway has room seasonally (when the adjacent apartment is vacant) for a golf cart or small-medium boat trailer. We can suggest a golf cart vendor that will deliver and pick it up at the house.



Other Things to Note:

Important Details:

- $1,500 Accidental damage protection included.

- 25-year age minimum. We are unable to rent to college or minor guests.

- No parties or events. No smoking. No pets allowed.

- Accessibility: 1-2 steps up to the first floor lead into the home; stairs connect the first and second floors. 3 bedrooms on the first floor.

- Safety & Cleaning: The home does have inside noise/crowd-gathering sensors (non-recording) and cameras (Cameras are over the front parking/entry and over the back deck for security). Security cameras monitor the pool and entry areas, and the home follows PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

- Guest Screening: ID verification upload, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background screening required.

- Local Vacation Regulations: The city of Destin has an ordinance for noise, occupancy, parking, and conduct. We will communicate these to you and require compliance.

- A long-term tenant is residing in the apartment above the garage. The apartment has a completely separate entrance located behind the garage and does not share any spaces with the main home. The tenant does not have access to the pool, outdoor kitchen, yard, or any other guest amenities, which are reserved exclusively for your group. This arrangement has been in place for years with no issues, and guests typically only notice an occasional vehicle parked near the garage.
