Welcome to Southern Breeze in Crystal Beach.
Update & Renovation Completed December 2023 to the primary bedroom/bath (located on th second floor) and stairway. New LVP, flooring, and fixtures! ALL new mattresses!

Our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath with private pool, poolside half bath, and outdoor showers (2) is walkable to restaurants and shopping, and only about 600 feet from the Shores of Crystal Beach access; a quick 3-minute stroll. The large pool is heated (added charge) with an outdoor kitchen, wrap-around deck, half bath, and pool and beach gear storage.

Ideal setting for family gatherings, easily hosting 2-3 families. All living areas are on the ground floor. Now Dog Friendly (1 hypoallergenic dog 25lbs or less).

|Home Features|
-Beach. 3 min walk to public beach access with pavilion, picnic tables, restrooms, showers, beach washdown stations, handicap accessibility, and limited parking.
-4 Bedrooms – 3.5 Bathrooms.
-Smart TVs (5) with Cox cable in all rooms. ROKU 50” in living area.
-Robust Wi-Fi with download speed of approximately 300 Mbps.
-Sleeps 12. 2 King, 1 Queens, 2 sets of twin over full bunks. New (2023) living area memory foam sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more.
-New (2023) electric fireplace with adjustable visual display and heat.
-Kids bunk room sleeps 6 and has its own TV and DVD, games/toys, and DVD collection.
-HVAC system features Whole House UV light air purifier.
-Baby gear. Monitor, stroller (2), pack-n-playpen (2), table attach high chairs (2), toddler booster seat.
-New (2023) full-size, side-by-side wash & dryer downstairs.
-Kitchen pantry offers many provided supplies for your entire stay: spices, oils, foils/wraps, paper towels, dish towels/soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, spot remover, trash bags, toilet paper. You won’t find this at other rental properties.
-Starter set of spa-quality bath toiletries.

|Outdoor Retreat|
-Large 12’ by 32’ Private pool. (Heated for $50 per night of stay).
-Pool deck with lounge chairs.
-Charming outside Half-bath.
-Outdoor showers (2). One with a privacy barrier.
-Covered outdoor kitchen with gas grill and griddle, mini-frig, and cold-water sink.
-2 tables with seating for 6 each. One in the sun with a large umbrella, and one in the shade.
-Large storage area with wagon, pool, and beach toys for your enjoyment.
-Beach towels. You are welcome to use it as long as you wash and dry what you use. (added cleaning fee if used and not laundered).

Minimum age 25 years old. 1 adult 25+ years old for every 3 minors 13-17. Due to restrictions, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to (i) guests under the age of 25, or (ii) student/college groups. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the entirety of the reservation. We reserve the right to verify and check ID's.

|Southern Breeze Arrival|
Nicely treed front yard creates shade and privacy. Open inviting front porch and sitting area welcome you into a large living area with a 50” Smart ROKU TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen table sits 6 with added seating at the kitchen counter. Outdoor tables sit 12.

|Let’s Eat|
Fully equipped and outfitted kitchen. Granite countertops, 4 burner gas stove-top, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, drip and Keurig coffee makers, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, electric griddle, and all the kitchen/cooking tools, dishware, plasticware, and utensils you will need. Plus, pantry stocked with spices, oils, cook sprays and other basic items.

|Let’s Sleep|
Bedroom 1– Primary with King bed with ensuite bath. December 2023 Update includes new LVP flooring, a new double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Complete privacy upstairs. Smart 43’ TV. Opens to the deck over the front entry and pool area; his and her seating to share special moments of the day.
Bedroom 2 – King bed with ensuite double sink bath, tile shower/tub. Smart 34” TV.
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with access to the pool area. Hallway bath with shower and linen storage. Smart 32” TV.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. Smart 32” TV and built-in DVD, toys, board games, and table/chairs. Closet with baby monitor, pack-n-plays (2), strollers (2), table attach high chairs (2), and toddler booster seat.
A half bath is located down the hall from the bunk room, next to the kitchen and living areas. This room has access to the back outdoor area and a 2nd outdoor shower with a privacy barrier just around the corner. Great for the kids to wash down after pool or beach.

|Let’s Swim and Sun|
The highlight of Southern Breeze is the pool area. You will spend most of your time in this relaxing and functional space. The 12’X32’ large pool is great for play, floating or laps. The 7 comfortable lounge chairs are the ultimate sunning spots.

The outdoor covered cooking kitchen area is equipped with a gas grill, large griddle, mini-frig, and sink with cold water. Plan at least one meal poolside with steaks, burgers, fresh fish from the Gulf, or a combination.

The charming half bath at the pool includes a pedestal sink and commode. The first of two outdoor showers is right outside the half bath. The half-bath cabinets are stocked with solo cups, paper and plastic plates, and beach towels. Note house rules regarding pool and beach towel use. Around the corner from the pool is a second outdoor shower with a privacy barrier.

The pool closet is loaded with pool/beach floats and toys. Beach wagon provided.

|Let’s Beach|
First head to the pool/beach gear closet and select your cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, floats, toys, etc. Pack your cooler with ice and beverages (no glass at the beach) and load up the provided wagon. Don’t forget your sunscreen and water. Roll the wagon down Hutchinson St. straight to the Shores at Crystal Beach. It’s about 3 minutes. Enjoy our sugar-white sand beaches and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Shores at Crystal Beach has great beach access with a pavilion, picnic tables, public restrooms, showers/beach wash down, handicap access, and 9 parking spaces. The City of Destin has purchased the adjacent 3 lots that will triple the size of this beach access. Completion is scheduled for 2024.

Beach service, bicycles, scooters, Jet skis, and parasailing are all accessible and nearby. Check with us for preferred vendors and discounts. Our home’s large driveway accommodates parking for 3-4 vehicles. There is plenty of room for a golf cart or small trailer with the boat.

Smart lock with access code provided at least 2 days prior to check-in.

Soliel. New upscale dining on the Gulf of Mexico, former Top Chef celebrity chef. Lunch 11 am-3 pm. Dinner 5 pm-Close. Closed Monday. 6-minute walk. Parking limited.

|Let’s Shop|
Destin Commons. A lifestyle shopping and entertainment center is less than a half-mile away. Features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Bass Pro Shop, World of Beer, Another Broken Egg, AMC Theater with IMAX, and much more. 4-minute drive, 15-minute walk.
Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. Mix-use lifestyle center with 765,000 square feet of retail, 10-screen multiplex movie theater, restaurants, office, and hotels. 15-minute drive.
Silver Sands Premium Outlets. 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores. 12-minute drive.

The home's driveway has room seasonally (when the adjacent apartment is vacant) for a golf cart or small-medium boat trailer. We can suggest a golf cart vendor that will deliver and pick up to the house.

Dates are reserved immediately and confirmed quickly after Host conducts guest screening with a 3rd party. Accidental damage protection is included in your booking. Prior to arrival guests will complete Host's pre-check-in and digitally sign Host's rental agreement. Oct to April the separate apartment above the garage may be occupied by family/friends (no access to the main home or pool) and will use 1 of the 4 parking spaces.
No pets. Home does have outdoor security camera and inside noise/crowd gathering sensor. 25+ age minimum with adult to teen ratio in place.
Guest Screening: For the protection of you and others. Guest is required to give host permission to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases prior to final confirmation of the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by host. Contact host if you have any questions.

o 13% State, County, and Local sales and lodging taxes. If the booking agent (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) does not collect the full amount of taxes, any uncollected amounts will be collected directly by the host from the guest no later than 30 days prior to check-in.
o Dog allowed. 1 hypoallergenic dog and up to 20 lbs. Fee and addendum signing required.
o NO Smoking (Inside or Outside of home) policy is strictly enforced, NO exceptions. The owner has allergies.
o NO events or parties. The home has noise /crowd monitoring and outdoor cameras in place.

We loved this house. It was perfect for our trip. We had my brother and his wife and myself and 9 children between us. All the children really injoyed the pool and being so close to the ocean.

The house location was great. My family was satisfied with all the amenities and all the extra toys for the kids was a plus. Enjoyed the pool great size for a large group. We are looking forward to our next vacation!

Family Vacay 2023
Although the property is a bit dated, the pool and proximity to the beach make it a nice stay. All the listed amenities (beach chairs..we left 2more, beach towels, toys) are there! Mgmt checked in to make sure all was good and were helpful as needed. The beach gets very crowded early so take the short 3min walk to beach access, grab a beverage at Camille’s on the way and get your toes in the sand!

Disappointing
The master bathroom towel rack fell off the wall 3x.The MB sink was slow draining.The MB toothbrush holders were filled with old toothpaste and gunk.The carpeted stairs and MB carpet had multiple stains with some appearing to be blood drops.This is a biohazard.Two bathrooms had reddish brown termite looking bugs.The entrance door with the code entered into a bedroom?The pool stairs and railing were loose.This did effect our enjoyment of our vacation.This place is a very short walk to Crystal Beach which is magnificent.The rental is nice but in bad need of attention and maintenance which is unacceptable…
