Excellent Stay

The house was perfect for 3 families. Plenty of room. The kids loved the game room. The neighborhood was perfect. No traffic and easy walking distance to the pool and beach. The public beach access was great not too many people. We really enjoy this side of Destin. It is quiet and very family friendly.

We really enjoyed the property…it had so many amenities, everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, with the exception of condiments. Overall the property was good. However, the golf cart requirements were not disclosed. This property goes above the standard driving laws. After we were already checked in, there was a hardcopy waiver process for all drivers 21 years old or older. We had two 18 year olds and a 19 year old. Had we known of the additional requirement, we would not have rented the property. The waiver process was not communicated at check-in and required back and forth late into the first evening and morning the next day. The property was clean and good sleeping space. No backyard for use - balconies only for use of the outdoors. Light was burned out in the bathroom. Neighborhood was nice. Good location to the beach.

My family consisted of 9, including 2 small kids, 2 teens, and 5 adults. There was plenty of room (more than enough actually) for all of us to spread out and be comfy. The house was stocked very well with all essential items and then some. We didn’t need to utilize any of the beach items, as we brought our own, but LOVED having the outdoor shower to clean off after beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful, overall. Minor complaint with access to gym area - could not get in until after 7, when time posts opens at 6. I was trying to keep my workout routine going, so kind of frustrating. But I worked around it. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. Beach is super close, as is the Crab Trap - which we love.

Stayed at this house with a group of friends for a bachelorette trip. The house is beautiful and spacious. It was so nice to have 4.5 baths to get ready in after a day at the beach. The golf cart made the short trip to the beach super easy. On top of all this, the iTrip team was super accessible and personable the whole time. They were very responsive and accommodating.
