Unsere schönen Strand Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder und bietet Platz für 16 Gäste (mit queen-size im Wohnzimmer) und eine Packung n 'Play-Krippe (optional).

Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte von unserem Haus entfernt. Wir sind das 3. Haus vom Strand entfernt, so ist es nicht mal 1min Pompano öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand zu gehen.

Wir haben einen schönen privaten Pool (kann im Winter mit einer Gebühr erhitzt werden) in unserem großen eingezäunten Garten für die Zeiten, die Sie eine Pause vom Strand brauchen. Liegen, Doppelschaukel, schwimmt Pool und eine 5-Flammen-Gasgrill für große Grillfeste sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Im Obergeschoss Küche ist voll geladen, um leckere Mahlzeiten mit einem großen Essbereich und Frühstücksbar Sitz vorzubereiten.

Ein großer Florida-Raum mit einer Küche und einem Bad über den Pool zu beobachten, so dass Sie gar nicht erst für Erfrischungen oder eine kurze Pause in das Haus zu gehen.

60 "HD-TV und Soundsystem im Wohnzimmer und Smart-HD-Fernseher in den anderen Räumen mit vielen HD-Kabel-Kanäle, einschließlich Sport, Kinder, HBO und eine voll bezahlte Netflix-Konto (wir sind ernst!)

Fertig zu spielen? PlayStation 3 mit zwei Controllern, zwei Move Controller, Mikrofone, Kamera und Spiele für Ihren Genuss. Vergessen Sie nicht, für einige Ausfallzeiten am Haus packen Sie Ihre Lieblingsspiele und Blau-Strahlen.

Wir lieben den Strand und wir lieben zu hosten, so kauften wir ein Strandhaus in unserer Lieblings-Ort und beschlossen, es zu mieten für andere, es zu genießen, während wir nicht da. Wir haben unser Herz in dieses Haus ist schön bequem und Spaß für jede Gruppe zu jeder Zeit des Jahres zu machen. We stayed at this property for a almost a week and it was an amazing experience. The communication with the host was very quick and detailed with very easy check in directions. When we arrived one of the first things we did was jump in the pool after unloading the car. The pool was outstanding with the water always remaining a very comfortable temperature. The area was very nice with everyone being respectful though for part of our trip we didn’t have anyone staying next door so it was quiet. The home itself was extremely clean and very comfortable. We had no issues with any of the appliances or the property itself and was clear the home was well maintained. The host was great about answering any questions we had and always remaining very friendly. The area itself is very nice with plenty of great places to eat or see the beach. The host was very helpful with information on where to get groceries or other needs along with options to have it delivered or pick up. By the time the trip was on our last day me and my family already determined we would be back next year to Destin and will most definitely be booking with this host again. My family and I have zero complaints and can’t wait to come back.

Great family experience

We checked in Saturday and the process was very easy. The house is setup in away that my daughter and her family had their own place to hang out so we weren’t on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy with plenty to do in the area. My grandkids loved the pool and the bonus was the ice cream truck coming in the neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Home was located in a nice area and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Hosts were approachable and continued to check in with us throughout our stay. Backyard was amazing with private pool. We would come back and recommend this property to others.

Family Fun

We booked this trip as a Christmas gift for our adult children and their families. The house had a great layout for our multigenerational group. Loved the short walk to the beach and the pool was very family friendly. There were many toys and beach supplies for our use as well as a wagon to haul our things. Multiple refrigerators were a big plus. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy. Huge deck out front with porch swing for morning coffee was great and giant couch in living room provided seating for all of us. Our wonderful hosts were amazing and responded very quickly to our messages and requests. We will definitely be back!

Age range family perfection

We had ages ranging from 11 to 75. The multi-floor layout was perfect for us. The shower in the ground level being walk-in, no lip was perfect for my father-in-law with limited mobility. Then he’d typically do the stairs once per day to join us in the family area which was just right for a little exercise but not too much exertion on his hips. The host was absolutely phenomenal in response time & insured our comfort & satisfaction. We enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool was very worth paying the extra to have heated for our February stay, & the storage shed had such ample supplies for a good beach day! This property is one of few that has an upper level decking & entertainment area that has a covered portion & a sunny side portion. So for those that want to sit in the sun they can do that without being separated from those who are shade seeking. Like all properties, wear is part of the puzzle. I wouldn’t call it pristine. I’d call it well lived in. Nothing was run down by any means. I felt comfortable as a mom letting my children play without feeling pressure to keep anything or any area child free. This was perfect for our family.

Amazing location!

As a first timer to Destin, I had no idea where the best place to stay was. This home did not disappoint. Within 2 minutes after walking out the front door, you were standing on the beach. Not to mention, if you get tired of the beach, the pool at the house is just as amazing! When we arrived, the house was spotless! I will definitely be back sometime in the future!

Wonderful location!

The house and location are wonderful. It honestly was not as big as I originally thought but it worked out really well and was cozy. It was nice having the beach just down the street. Our family had a great time. The kids enjoyed the beach and the toys provided.

Awesome vacation spot

We have been vacationing in Destin for years but in the past few years we started renting houses with pools that are close to the beach that are also pet friendly. This place met all our needs and then some. The home is the best stocked that I’ve ever seen (kitchen, appliances, towels); the pool and back yard are a wonderful size (including the propane grill); the den area is plenty large enough for the 5 adults we had; and the beach is literally a five minute walk. Retail, dining and grocery are five minutes by car. Just a straight shot over the mid-bay bridge and you are there.

You won’t regret your stay! We had a fantastic stay at this property in Destin! The location is perfect, and the backyard oasis was a highlight for our family. I’ll start by saying the owners were very kind and responsive; however, we were extremely disappointed with the actual property and our stay. The property looks nothing like the photos as advertised. The entire house was covered in random hair, dirt, and stains. I took photos upon arrival hoping to be able to share them, but am unable to do so on this post. We chose this house for the location and beautiful backyard which ended up being filthy and nonfunctional. The pool was dingy, the patio furniture was broken and rusted, and the lights surrounding the yard as well as in the pool did not work. We didn’t attempt to grill or cook in the home because it just felt unsanitary. The walls were covered in stains, markings, and appeared warped. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it impossible to get a good nights rest, none of the televisions worked properly, the gaming system only had one controller that worked the other appeared to be cut or broken, the showers had a one pump soap dispenser in it I’m assuming was meant to be the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; however looked like dish soap so we didn’t use that. The “office” space was a desk in front of the washer and dryer near the entry door. The front door lock downstairs was not lined up correctly making it extremely difficult to lock and unlock. To top it off we were greeted the first night in our bedroom by a very large roach! So NO thank you! Next time.. Same cost for Henderson Beach Resort!

Our recent stay

When we tried to use the pool, we opened the door to the pool room which set off the fire alarms creating yelping pups and screaming babies! We tried to turn on the A/C in the pool room to stop the alarms but it went on and on and on for about 35 minutes. My husband discovered that the AC wasn’t working because the filter was filthy. Because of the chaos this created, he just cleaned it himself instead of waiting as we had no idea how long it would take maintenance to get there. Needless to say he was not happy doing this on his vacation. That was the worst thing that happened though. There was plenty of trash bags which we appreciated but I feel as though Zulu Dreams could have been a bit more generous with dish soap and TP. The beds were cozy and clean as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of pots pans and dishes etc.The deck and seating along with the ability to separate when needed was amazing!!! Being a property manager myself, I am a bit more critical because I want those 5 stars consistently. With that said, the living room furniture and area rug are in dire need of a hard deep cleaning. I could tolerate it, but would not let my crawling grandbabies use either
