The home was clean and cozy. The cost of the home of reasonable. Close to the amazing beach, which is walking distance. Dottie response time is better than any others that I rented from. This place and area is somewhere I could retire. I will definitely rent this home again!

The house was fully furnished with everything we needed. The pool is fantastic! We appreciated the beach umbrellas that were there. The neighborhood is very nice and close to lots of restaurants and stores. The only thing we wished was that the kitchen and living area was on the ground floor where the pool and grill area is located. We didn’t read the description carefully to realize bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. We were up and down stairs more than we would have liked because of the layout. The host was very responsive and check in/ out was very easy. Overall I would definitely recommend the house but renters should be aware of the layout. Some of us are a bit older so the stairs were tiring.

We had a fantastic time at this home! The private pool was a highlight — super clean with plenty of comfortable seating around it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining in. The location was perfect: close to the beach and in a walkable, friendly neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent — very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Property has good amenities for pool, laundry and kitchen. Some challenges for seniors. The showers and the stairwell to the kitchen could all use some more rails or safety grips. Sleeping accommodations might be better listed as 62. Eight requires some planning/flexibility. OK with family members. AC worked great with controls both downstairs and upstairs. Top notch neighborhood for feeling secure, while close to activities and shopping areas.

House with a pool!

Great place with a pool and close to everything. Beach is close by and theres a food truck a block away. Two bedrooms on the bottom floor and one on the 3rd floor. Plenty of room for 6 adults and an infant. If we go back to Destin we will stay there again. Dottie is easy to work with!

We absolutely loved Crystal Beach and decided to return with our girls. What a great week of relaxing and enjoying the sun and beach. Loved the house, plenty of room for all of us, pool was perfect. Didn’t realize that there was construction across the street but we missed a lot of the noise by going to the beach. House was well stocked with all that was needed. Look forward to returning.

Great location!

Super close to amenities! The private pool right outside the back door was so much nicer than a shared condo pool. Walk to beach in 5 minutes or less. The house isn’t huge, but with 3 levels there was enough room for our family of 5 to spread out.

Spring Vacation

This beach house is the best you can get with a small group. It's conveniently located around anything you could want to do. My family and I enjoyed going to the beach within walking distance, walking to the ice cream parlor down the road, and driving to close activites near by. Dottie is a gracious host and the house has nice home amenities without being at home.

Overall would stay here again but don’t let the photos foul you it’s very small! Which was totally ok as we didn’t stay at the house all day long. Dinning room table was at the top of the steps so it’s kinda scary when you have little ones but they did have baby gates to use while there! Also the outside shower only the hot water worked so be careful because it did get hot! I’m glad we brought our own beach wagon as theirs were very run down. They also had some beach toys but we ended up going to Walmart and buying our own. When I had a question about the place Dottie always responded in a timely manner! We had such a stay thanks you!

Wonderful New Years at the Beach

We loved our stay in Destin to ring in the New Year! — Close to the beautiful beach, close to groceries, close to restaurants & even tennis courts & a frisbee golf course. The house was so accommodating — large table for meals & games & multiple spots to gather outside or soak up sunshine by the pool. Definitely a perfect location to enjoy some time together with family!

Our family has been vacationing in Destin for 30+ years. We love the beautiful white sandy beaches. Our favorite area is Crystal Beach, it is not only a beautiful area, but very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We are happy to share our beach house with you and your family.

When we saw this house and it's location, we fell in love with it. Our beach house is located across the street from the beach in a quaint neighborhood called The Courtyard at Crystal Beach. Crystal Beach has pastel colored homes with white picket fences. We love to take morning walks in the neighborhood and on the beach. We hope you will enjoy staying there as much as we do.

The close proximity to the beach is wonderful, with the public beach access one block away. We love having the pool to relax in after a day at the beach! The shopping is endless between the Destin Commons and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. The Ft. Walton airport is only 25 minutes away.
