Marvelous Gulf views and unique amenities await at this beachfront condo near downtown Gulf Shores! Gather with your friends in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV before spending the day at the beach or taking a dip in one of the shared swimming pools available at the complex. The fully-equipped kitchen is simply every amateur chef's dream come true. Featuring stainless steel appliances, modern utensils, gorgeous granite countertops, and a breakfast table, you'll be more than inspired to prepare delicious meals for everyone. The private balcony is expansive and features a convenient outdoor dining area so you and your friends can enjoy your meals al fresco while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Seawind's amenities include a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, a beachside hot tub, a zero-entry wading pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor grilling area.

If you're after endless entertainment and delicious dining, The Wharf is the answer. It features fishing and boating activities, one of the largest Ferris Wheels, a mini-golf course, arcades, and even a zipline course! You'll also find The Wharf Amphitheater, where some of the country's hottest bands also perform. Downtown Gulf Shores is one and a half miles away and it offers restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away.
Things to know:
The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours.
