Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pool at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit from the Living room and Master bedroom!! With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" 4K Smart TV in the master and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, surround sound in the Living room, plenty of dish/glass ware, toaster, blenders, regular coffee maker and a Keurig! There is a King bed in the Master, two queens in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time staying here for our first ever trip to Gulf Shores. It was very clean and well cared for. Beautiful view! The beach was gorgeous and we had a great time going between the ocean, outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub. Just make sure to bring your own back up paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher pods. There is a "starter pack" of all of this but it is just one of each, which wasn't enough for a group of our size (we had 11 in our party). Aside from that this was a perfect home away from home!

Great view of the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the location. Just note that they don't allow people to leave basic seasonings which can be costly to buy groceries. Most places will allow basic seasonings like salt, pepper, Garlic salt, be left for the next guest but not here. Otherwise, we loved the rental.

Amazing location and amazing views

We had a wonderful trip! Aside from the fabric furniture being a little worn, things were very clean and comfortable. The place is well laid out and looks even better in person! The view from the 20th floor is amazing! We spent a lot of time out on the spacious back porch overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, family room, and bedrooms were all great and it was so nice for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. The location was sooo convenient with having young kids. The elevators room you right down to the indoor pool which was right next to the outdoor and right next to a short boardwalk to the beach. It made beach life with small children so much easier than other beach trips where you had to walk a lot to get to the pool or beach. The pool has a fantastic water slide my kids loved and the indoor pool was heated which was nice. We had a great stay and would recommend it!

Beautiful Condo. Beautiful Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was beautiful, just as advertised. Elevators are fast, the condo staff is friendly, and the views are gorgeous. The parking garage had high ceilings and easy to maneuver, as we have a large truck and parking can sometimes be a problem. Our condo coordinator with VRBO Michael was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this unit & the beautiful beaches at Gulf Shores.
