Welcome to LK's condo! Located on the Gulf of Mexico’s sugary white beaches in Orange Beach, Alabama. LK's condo is located within the beautiful Phoenix I complex and offers the following accommodating features:

- 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 people

- Beautifully furnished spacious living area with pull out bed

- 11th floor panoramic beach views from large covered balcony, plus an additional balcony accessible from the master bedroom (no beach view)

- Convenient access to elevators, and trash chute within steps of your door

- Fresh linens furnished, plus all the comforts of home at your fingertips, including microwave, dishwasher, blender, air-fryer, crockpot washer/dryer and iron.

Plus access to all Phoenix Condo I shared amenities, which includes:

- Racquetball court

- Tennis court

- Fitness room

- Hot tubs

- Saunas

- Spectacular pools with waterfalls, including kiddie pool

- Beach umbrella and chair services (seasonal)

- Grill and gazebo access for picnics/barbecues

This condo is also conveniently located nearby many highly recommended Gulf Coast Seafood restaurants, and there is an endless list of family and nightlife activities to choose from in the area.

Phoenix I has a solar-heated outdoor pool, which allows comfortable year-round swimming. Phoenix I is also a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

This place was great! Beautiful view of the gulf and great location right on the beach. Our family had everything we needed with the beach, pools, hot tubs, and exercise rooms. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and the whole family commented on how comfortable the beds were. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if we head back to Orange Beach for a family vacation!

The condo was clean and large enough for our family (4 adults and 2 children). The kitchen has more than enough plates, silverware, etc. and was also child friendly. The DishTV subscription was a pleasant surprise. The splash pad was a big hit with the children. It was obvious that this was a popular location so getting to the pool earlier in the day is advised. We would be happy to return.

Lovely condo in a perfect location. Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 4 teenagers that went on this trip. This condo is in Phoenix I but you have access to amenities in Phoenix I-IV which includes an indoor pool, if it rains. Elevators were never a problem other than peak times of checking in or out, which is totally normal and to be expected. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We would book this condo again.

Thanks for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our spring break stay in this well-maintained unit. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she promptly took care of a minor cable issue that arose during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing family-sized meals for the week. A great unit, and we definitely recommend it!

Perfect View

The location is perfect. The unit is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I especially liked the balcony. It was amazing to watch the sunset. The building security is amazing. They went above and beyond to give us recommendations and were in sight keeping everyone safe. I’ve stayed at plenty rentals and this has been the easiest. Everything from check in and check out instructions were easy and reasonable.

Wonderful Condo & View!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix I! The condo was very clean and had nice, new appliances. They even had a closet on the balcony full of beach toys/supplies. The view was our favorite part and being on the corner made it even nicer. I definitely recommended this unit! *My only advice would be to bring a few extra rolls of paper towels/toilet paper.

Really enjoyed the beautiful unit and layout of everything. My only disappointment was the lack of outdoor furniture; we love to eat outside and there was no table, and no furniture at all on the balcony off the master.

Not worth the

After years of staying at a bit more expensive place up the road, we made the now regrettable decision to save a few bucks with this place. It began when we showed up and the handle was falling out of the door. We fixed that once we got in. Upon entry the condo was dark, warm and smelled like dirty socks. That got better after we purchased air fresheners. The view was nice. None of the multitude of remotes worked until we bought new batteries for them. The hall bath tub was super slow to drain so after a three minute shower we were standing in ankle deep water. The toilet handle fell off multiple times. Kinda weird to have two tvs in the same room. Needs some updates. We made the best of it but we won’t be back and can’t recommend to others.
