Guest Access:

The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.

The building address — Vine Street — is a central thoroughfare in Cincinnati that intersects the downtown core and also connects toward historic/nearby neighbourhoods like Over-the-Rhine (OTR).



Getting Around:

The neighborhood around Parisian on Vine is one of the most walkable areas in Cincinnati. Daily errands, dining, entertainment, and major attractions are all accessible on foot, making it easy to explore without a car. • A nearby paid lot is also available at Olympic Auto Park (312 Vine St), just a 1-minute walk from the building.



As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee



**Starter supplies included. Guests are responsible for restocking consumables after the initial supply.**
