The Space:
Along with outstanding building amenities, this 2beds / 1 bath apartment offers open, high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and living area, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, and a king-sized bed. Generous closet space and a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub make it perfect for both short and extended stays.
Enjoy city and river views from the rooftop Sky Lounge with multiple grills and fire pits—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The building also offers a 24-hour fitness center, indoor theater, game room, library lounge, business centers, on-site market & gourmet grocer, EV ChargePoint stations, and front desk concierge service.
