The unit has beautiful, exposed brick, hardwood floors, sun-filled rooms with soaring ceilings providing ample natural light, an open inviting floor plan, and custom lighting, and hardwood floors throughout the unit.

PARKING: located a block away (2 min walk) at the Kroger's flagship supermarket is accessible by a parking pass which will be provided. There will be a $100 fee for a lost parking pass.

EXCESSIVE NOISE or PARTYING: The units in the condo building is a mix of residential and rental units, so please be respectful of residents and other guests. If there are any reports of noise from other tenants, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only the registered guests (6 max including children) are allowed in the condominium. No guest are allowed during your stay. All guests must be registered on the VRBO website and the main booking guest must be 25 and older.

It was nice to have everything we needed to cook meals here. They even had an air fryer that cooked our ribeye steaks to perfection. They had games for the kids to play, and everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

We loved staying at this property! Ralph, the host, was wonderful and such a good communicator. Whatever you needed, Ralph was there to help.The condo was in the perfect location to walk everywhere. We walked to the Reds game and the river- easy 12 to 15 minute walk from condo. There is a great restaurant next door to the condo with indoor & outdoor seating, grocery store is right across the street too.Condo was very clean, quiet and all the pre-check in instructions were so detailed & easy to understand. If you want to stay in downtown Cincy, pick this condo- it’s perfect!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this condo in Cincinnati. Very close to a grocery, Over-The-Rhine neighborhood, and downtown. The kitchen has labels on the cabinets so it's very easy to find what you need. We didn't cook during our stay but there were enough cookware items to do so. Host was very responsive to inquiries and we didn't have any significant issues with the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We came to Cincinnati for the Yankees/Reds series. This place was the perfect landing spot. Located in downtown, we could walk everywhere or had the option of jumping on The Connector. Ralph and Cecille went way beyond gracious and made sure our stay was perfect. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a wonderful time at this property, which served as "home base" for a family reunion. It was close to everything downtown, as we attended a Reds' game and events on Fountain Square. Perfect Rendezvous Location and Terrific Owners

We met friends in Cincinnati (a half-way point for both) for several days and were looking for a comfortable and cozy place for two couples to hang out as well as be close to lots of great Cincinnati amenities. This two bedroom/two bath condo was absolutely perfect! The location is terrific--walking distance to everything, the place itself is very clean, well-stocked and comfortable, it is within one block of a Kroger for any last minute needs, and the owners are incredibly responsive and the kindest people we have ever interacted with on VRBO! We had a terrific stay--walking all over the OTR and the downtown region as well as going to a Reds game. There are so many great restaurants and things to see in the area we could have stayed weeks.We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to meet our friends there again soon!

Four-day three-night trip to Cincinnati with my wife and another couple

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all the things needed for a stay down to coffee filters, and extra coffee (which I appreciate). The condo is centrally located with the streetcar system which is handy to get around town and very simple process to use and it is free.There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance from the condo which is really nice. And a Kroger is across the street which is very convenient.Ralph our host was super responsive and was also helpful in helping us find a local restaurant.All in all, an excellent experience!

A weekend away

This 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for my wife and me and could have easily accommodated another couple. There is a complete kitchen and a second full bath. It was immaculately clean. The location was ideal as it was in walking distance of the church and reception site of a family wedding.

The condo was just perfect for a Reds game. We were able to walk to the stadium in minutes. The condo is very well appointed. Everything is labeled which is sho helpful when staying somewhere new. Well located, chic, updated, quiet, clean and well amenitized

This is a 2 bdm apartment with bdms on opposite ends of the unit for private. Each Bdm has a full bathroom and the kitchen is well amenitized. It’s in in a fantastic location near restaurants, groceries, freeways, the amazing river district and museums.

As Advertised!

We had a wonderful two night stay. We chose this location since it was close to GABP. It's very walkable if that's your thing or there are free streetcars nearby that take you right up to the ballpark if you prefer to ride. Very convenient. On day 2, we went to Kings Island, which is an easy 25-30 minute drive away. The unit was clean, updated, and very quiet. We couldn't believe that we didn't hear any other tenants walking around or talking, and street noise was at a minimum outside of the (very) occasional siren. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Instructions were clear, check-in was smooth, and everything in the condo is helpfully labelled. No complaints at all and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Book with confidence!
