Along with outstanding building amenities, this 2 bed / 1 bath apartment offers open, high ceilings, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and living area, a dedicated workspace, in-unit laundry, and a king-sized bed. Generous closet space and a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub make it perfect for both short and extended stays.

Vine Street places you directly in the downtown core, with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and well-lit routes day and night. Whether you’re heading to a game, grabbing coffee, or enjoying an evening out, everything is just steps away.

• Underground paid parking is available in the building. To arrange valet parking, please contact us.
• A nearby paid lot is also available at Olympic Auto Park (312 Vine St), just a 1-minute walk from the building.
As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.
The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.
• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.
• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee
**Starter supplies included. Guests are responsible for restocking consumables after the initial supply.**
