Guest Access:

The concierge desk is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate arrangements with the building team.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This message will include entry details, access codes, parking and everything you need for a smooth check-in. Please ensure your Airbnb app notifications are enabled so you don’t miss this information.

The building address — Vine Street — is a central thoroughfare in Cincinnati that intersects the downtown core and also connects toward historic/nearby neighbourhoods like Over-the-Rhine (OTR).

The neighborhood around Parisian on Vine is one of the most walkable areas in Cincinnati. Daily errands, dining, entertainment, and major attractions are all accessible on foot, making it easy to explore without a car. Vine Street places you directly in the downtown core, with wide sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly streets, and well-lit routes day and night. • Underground paid parking is available in the building. To arrange valet parking, please contact us.

• A nearby paid lot is also available at Olympic Auto Park (312 Vine St), just a 1-minute walk from the building.



As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee
