Extra Guests: We have an extra guest fee, after the standard occupancy of 5 guests. It's 20$ per guest a day.
No Smoking: Our property is entirely smoke and vape-free. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited.
Pets: Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made with host approval. If you bring approved pets, please promptly clean up after them to avoid additional cleaning charges. Pets have a one time fee of $250 per pet.
Pool and Hot Tub Heating: Should you wish to heat the pool and hot tub, an additional fee applies: $80/night for both or $20/night for the hot tub alone. The pool temperature can be adjusted to a maximum of 85 degrees. Please note that the pool may be briefly unavailable on Tuesdays during servicing. There are door alarms in every door leading to the pool, this is for safety and once a door is open it will trigger a sound alarm and it will stop after a few seconds or once the door is closed, This is not a monitoring alarm system and it's only intended as pool safety. Do not leave children unattended around the pool.
