Welcome to your beautifully renovated oasis in the heart of the highly sought-after Lower Arcadia neighborhood. This 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom including an additional Casita including four twin beds and its own half bathroom! This home seamlessly blends modern comfort with desert charm, offering an inviting and spacious layout perfect for families, groups, or long-term stays.
Step inside to discover an open-concept living space with brand-new flooring, a gourmet kitchen featuring quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, including three en-suite primary suites—perfect for guest privacy or multi-generational living.
Enjoy Arizona’s weather year-round in the private backyard, complete with a covered patio, lush landscaping, and space to entertain or unwind.

Pool & Spa Dimensions: Expansive 44 ft x 22 ft pool with a luxurious 10 ft x 10 ft oversized jacuzzi spa.
Optional pool heating is available to enhance your stay, priced at $100 per night (minimum $200 per reservation)

Great location. Awesome decor. Well stocked house with everything you’d want for a relaxing time out by the pool. We loved the view from the mountains. Good for families. Will stay again!

Great house for our two families to stay for Spring Break! It has a huge pool and backyard for us all to enjoy! Bunk room is a bit tight but we made it work for our boys. Would definitely come back again!

This place is amazing! Everything about our stay went very smoothly and, although the pictures look great, it’s even better in person. The grounds and pool are beautiful, mountain view is stunning and the house is very clean and well-appointed. Lots of yard games and room to spread out. We have found our new go-to house when we visit. Thank you!

We had a truly fantastic experience. The mountain views were exceptional, especially from the pool. This is probably the most well outfitted home I've ever rented. They thought of everything and have missed nothing. Fantastic communication with the host throughout our stay. Needs super comfortable. Each ensuite bath was tastefully remodeled. And the extra pool bath was a bonus. The games provided, corn hole, ping pong and v the putting green we're out to good use! The bonus was the ice maker which kept up great with our beverage consumption ;) Would absolutely want to stay again!

This was the perfect house for our trip to Scottsdale. We came down for spring training with our family and friends and ended up just wanting to hang out at the house because it had everything we needed. Such an amazing house, we will definitely be back!
