Sleeping arrangements
The home offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, accommodating up to nine guests. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom also provides a king size bed with TV, while two additional bedrooms each include two twin beds. The fifth bedroom has one twin bed with direct access to a bathroom and to the pool. Fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and room-darkening shades are provided for your stay.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard designed for relaxation and play. You can unwind in the hot tub or enjoy the pool, which is heated and available all year. A BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit create a welcoming spot for casual evenings. The yard is fully fenced, offering privacy, and also includes a putting green for a fun challenge between outings.

Kitchen & dining
The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils. Gather around the dining table to share meals or head outdoors for fresh air dining.

Living spaces & entertainment
A TV/game room with a 55-inch TV and comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing. Three TVs in total provide access to streaming options including Netflix, Pandora, CBS News, and YouTube. A game console, board games, and children’s books and toys are available, making the house family-friendly. High-speed wireless internet and an Ethernet connection support both leisure and remote work, with a dedicated workspace provided in a common space.

Family-friendly amenities
Traveling with little ones is easy, thanks to a crib, pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. A washer and dryer are in-unit for added convenience, along with ironing supplies, a drying rack, and clothing storage.

The property includes exterior security cameras, noise sensors that monitor decibel levels (without recording audio or video), smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
