When you're not playing in the sand and surf, take advantage of the fitness center's sauna and steam rooms, outdoor pool and hot tub, and on-site massage therapists.
Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers great shopping at places like Eddie Bauer, G.H. Bass & Co., Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Clarks, and FOSSIL. Lots of family friendly festivals and events can be found at The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard, and there are nature trails and wildlife to be found at Grayton Beach State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Eden Gardens State Park.

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
