YOLO Board + Beach rents surfboards and bicycles and is less than two miles away. There are tons of hiking trails to be found at the local state parks and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Gregory E. Moore RV Resort offers fishing and paddling on the dune lakes. Nature-lovers will appreciate the sandy scrubland, dunes, old-growth pine forests, and wetlands. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
