Der Poolbereich hat keinen Einfluss auf die Stille dieses Geräts. Kinder können hier ihren eigenen Bereich haben, um sich selbst anzurufen! Das Gerät verfügt über eine Terrasse für jede Einheit der Aussperrung (2 Terrassen).

The Luau is a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Safe, family environment. Can’t wait to come back to the beach next year. Will stay at the Luau again.

Very relaxing

We really enjoyed the property, however the cleaning crew wasn’t as thorough and most and we found strawberry stems on the back of the couch. Overall the unit was clean though.

The location of the condo was great! Short walk to the beach and the pool was awesome. The condo was very spacious and is located on the first floor which was very convenient. Will definitely be back!

Great Start unfortunate finish

Location is great for our family on the first floor and easy access to the grills which we used every night. Paul was quick to reach out and easy to work with. We had a closer we couldn’t use do to water issues but no worries we rolled with it. Unfortunately the washer leaked while we were there and my daughter and I tried to fix but it was temporary. Paul was understanding and tried to help. Where I was disappointed was after checkout we were charged 65 for furniture to be moved back. Apparently two different pieces of furniture but no explanation of what it was. We did move to outdoor furniture do to the strong winds blowing cushions and chairs. We put them with the other furniture which had a wall that blocked the wind. Again Paul was easy to chat with and understanding but the washer breaking and us trying to fix and than be charged the fee was a little frustrating.

We were right within walking distance to the pool and the beach. We had a great time on spring break. Whenever I needed to call or text Paul he was quick to respond. We will return to this location.

Fall break tradition

We have stayed in this unit twice and in the complex three times. The location is perfect for our family and we like the amenities at Luau. The unit itself is well appointed and clean, with plenty of space for my group of five. Paul is very responsive and handled any issue I had quickly. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT location !!

This condo was the perfect location. It was steps from parking, super close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. It was very accurate to the listing and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. We definitely plan on returning again!

“Shore Beats Work” works great!

For convenience to amenities, you can’t beat this property! Close to pool, grills, parking and a wrap around patio on ground level with tables for “6” and “2”.

Great Rental - Great Location

This is a great rental and location. We have stayed in these two units twice before. The location and amenities are great. I have always had great communication with Paul, and this is the unit we choose when we stay in Sandestin in the fall. The only thing is that you cannot park in the parking deck if you have a turtle shell on top of a bigger vehicle. The clearance is on 6'10 to get through the gate. This is no big deal because you can park in the parking lot across the street adjacent to the pool and towards the beach. The just take the stairs up. Nothing to do with the rental just an FYI. Place and property are always amazing, and the kids still love going here. Thanks, Tim

Check in and check out process was great! Paul was very accommodating to our needs and loved having plenty of towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was supplied fair (could use some Tupperware dishes. Overall we loved the accommodation of our patio being right beside the grills!! Definitely looking forward to booking this exact condo again next year!!!

Great stay!

This property was everything we could have hoped for! (The photos don’t do it justice!) we had the best time. Great location and within a short distance to so many restaurants and activities. We loved how close the condo was to parking, the pool, and gym. The condo itself was clean + came with everything we needed. Our patio was very nice and private which is great since it’s right next to the grills! We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning.

I'm a Louisiana Native and LSU fan! My family and I love to come visit this beautiful coastline during the summer and throughout the year. Great get away to have. I'm very happy and blessed to have this Luau unit.
I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I do!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Convenience is the key word here. park within steps of the unit (it's on the first floor) and when you are ready to bar-b-que its' right off of your patio area. This is a newly totally redone Bar-B-que area with a Pagoda. Also the pool will take about a 30-40 second walk down the hall, out the door and about 40 steps over to the Waterfall pool area! This is also rented together with 2 separate units with front doors to each unit and sharing a foyer when coming into the unit. The work out facility is literally about 25 ft down the hall from your front door! no excuses!!
