Dies ist wirklich eine Traumferienwohnung! Mit Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer genießen Sie eine ruhige Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 200 Metern zum zuckerweißen Tops'l-Strand!

Best view

I loved our stay. We had an issue with the AC unit in the first property and the property maintenance wasn’t very pleasant but we were upgraded to a wonderful place with an incredible view.

Short walk to beach condos

Our condo was inside a facility, just minutes away from beach. The place was exactly as advertised. We arrived late in the night and the check in was so simple and quick. We enjoy every day of its stay, even we were warned when trying to set up tent, the guy was so professional and friendly. Will definitely came back in the future.

The property was decent, condo clean, quiet neighborhood however, the king bed mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress i have ever slept on. Good night sleep means everything when one is on vacation therefore, for me i did not not have a good experience.

Be careful

Topsl is a great location. But this unit in the Summit is right by the A/C unit for the entire condo. So a bit loud. Coffee is not provided. We also had to have the same Asher and dryer serviced. And master bedroom bathtub had to be cleared. Topsl summit itself is nice. But beware of this particular condo unit.

However, we strive to provide our guests with well-maintained and carefully managed beach vacation rentals and sincerely apologize if this was not demonstrated to you. Our records indicate that upon receiving notification that the washer was not working properly, a member of our team immediately responded to your unit. When he arrived, he found that the timer on the washer was a bit loose. After tightening the timer, the washer began working properly. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our records also show that on the last day of your stay, maintenance responded to a service order for the master bath and clothes dryer. Upon arrival, a member of our team quickly cleared the master bath and discovered that, although the dryer was working properly, the guest had forgotten to press "start". Nevertheless, we take full responsibility for any maintenance issues you encountered during your stay and take your feedback very seriously. We notified both our housekeeping and maintenance teams of your concerns and the unit has been inspected and deep cleaned. Again, we thank you for reviewing your stay and hope you accept our sincerest apologies. We hope to have you back one day for an improved vacation experience!

Fabulous unit, plenty of room, great kitchen; door code wouldn’t work upon arrival at 4; tried calling ph #, not sure if property manager(?), fast busy, never could reach anyone, called at least 15x, different phones- at 4:14, door code worked thankfully- not sure what we would have done since we could not reach anyone- a bit of unnecessary stress

July 2023 Stay

We had a great time. Very well maintained. Condo is at the far end from the elevator, so often we just took the steps down to the parking lot because they were located right across from the door. Walk to the elevator is really not that far. Also, the building is not right on the beach but you can either use the tram or walk the beautiful property. The Summit has it’s own pool right by the building. Condo itself was very comfortable. We appreciated that the 2nd bedroom had 2 larger beds that accommodated our 2 teenage boys. As someone previously mentioned, the master shower drain was rather slow but not really a problem yet. Kitchen is stocked well. We liked not being in the real crowds of Destin, however driving in for dinner wasn’t bad or we really enjoyed Baytowne which was right across Hwy 98. One piece of advice: if you travel with your own umbrella/tent & chairs as we do, be advised that the resort requires you to walk to the end of the private beach away from their rental chairs. No mingling.😏

July 2022 Stay

The unit was great. I love the master bedroom and the views. It is spacious and we put a full air matress in it along with the King bed. The unit is a long walk from the elevator. However, it is super convenient walk to the beach. I know there is a shuttle but we had a wagon to roll the cooler and kids stuff so we just walked everytime. The pool is right next to the elevators for the kids to swim. Also has a pool and bar right next to the beach. Some items that need to be addressed: The left bed in the second room is broken and need to be replaced. It folds in on you while laying in it. There is a gap at the bottom of the front door that roaches can crawl through. With being the close to the trash shoot it need to be fixed. We shoved a wash cloth to block it. The microwave has a broken handle. Things to consider bringing for other renters are trash bags, dish pods, laundry detergent, plastic cups, paper plates, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and food.

We had a great time at Miramar Beach and our unit was very nice and comfortable for our stay. The decor was pleasing, and there were box fans in the closet of each bedroom. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed. Also, a nice touch were the beach chairs that were available for us to use—also found those stored in the closets. Upon arrival there was a problem with our balcony sliding glass door, but the maintenance staff fixed it quickly. We will stay here again.

June 2021 Stay

Our room at The Summit was nicely decorated and had sufficient dishes. Our master bath shower also did not drain appropriately, and after calling Housekeeping, were told someone would not be available until the following day. The Beach Blue maintenance guy cleared the drain. Apparently the owner of the condo was not a "member" of the facility, so certain ammenities (like the Fitness Center) was not available for us. The Hospitality app said our room (which advertises that it sleeps 6) only had 4 towels (which you are specifically told not to take to the beach), so we needed to pack beach towels. The app also said there are no hair dryers, but there was one in each bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and nicely updated. Spacious with private views of the nearby vegetation. The walk wasn't too bad, if you have a lot of beach toys and equipment recommend a trailer/cart. We walked with our small kids and wasn't too bad. Only improvements would be to have a working coffee maker (current one is broken and didn't turn on), only provided 1 roll of toilet paper per/bath and suggest perhaps 1 more roll for guests staying longer than 3 days. The key code didn't work on arrival and we had to call for them to provide another key code which had us waiting at the door for 20 minute with luggage and kids in tow. Also, only 1 pillow per person and only a light blanket. More pillows were in the closet but had no pillow cases. Overall Ok experience.

However, we do apologize that your key code was not working upon arrival. As the parent of a toddler myself, I completely understand your frustration. Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, we are continuously working on ways to ensure door codes are ready to use the moment our guests arrive and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also apologize that you were not able to use the coffee maker. We were not notified of any issues and regret not being able to remedy this during your stay. If notified, we would have been more than happy to deliver a brand-new coffee maker to your condo, along with extra pillowcases and blankets. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living room and the kitchen are beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were okay. The condo is located at the far end of the complex, which means it’s quite a walk to get anywhere. TopsL is a beautiful location. However, the Summit is lacking in cleanliness and our unit did not allow for any of the amenities like golfing or the fitness center.

Good property clean well taken care of. Wish there was something in the description describing the distance to the beach. This property is not beach front, and this would have been good information to know prior to booking. Overall easy access to the beach just enjoy waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach and water.

This was a fantastic option for the money spent. Close to the beach and within a short drive of several attractions and restaurants. The balconay overlooks trees and is perfect for coffee and a book with the sunrise. The laundry in unit allowed for lighter packing and the kitchen was well stocked with plates cups etc if you want to dine in and save money for attractions.

Enjoyed Stay

We found the condo to be just as depicted in the pictures and description. Being an end unit, it is quiet and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The resort is beautiful. I found the beds to be comfortable. There was a starter supply of all the basics which was enough for a long weekend. I felt the unit was well cleaned. The only problem we found was the garbage disposal didn't work but I would definitely stay again. There is a shuttle that runs down to the beach. You are suppose to call them for a pickup but we didn't have the phone number. They took us anyway with a little scolding. So my feedback to the property manager would be to post the phone number for the shuttle in the unit in an obvious place for the guests. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: The location was what we were expecting and the amenities were great as well. The negative thing was the room was not really clean at all, sand all over the floor, sticky stuff in places on floor, and area rug was not vacuumed. You would think during COVID the place would be cleaned better than normal. We basically had to clean the whole place when we got there (clumps of hair under guest beds and everything).
