Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten 2Br / 2Ba-Apartment im ersten Stock des The Summit im TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort. Der Gipfel ist nur 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Diese Einheit im Erdgeschoss bietet einen Blick auf das Resort in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung. Tops'l ist bequem zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Familienunterhaltung. Das Resort verfügt über beleuchtete Tennisplätze, ein Fitnesscenter, Pavillons am Strand, Whirlpools, eine Blue Dunes Grill / Tiki Bar, Minigolf und einen Sicherheitsdienst.

Unsere Wohnung ist eine komplett renovierte Einheit im Erdgeschoss. Die gesamte Einheit verfügt über schöne Fliesenböden im gesamten ... Das Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über eine geflieste Dusche, während das Gästebadezimmer mit einer gefliesten Badewannenverkleidung einen sauberen Look bietet. Unsere Küche ist mit neuen Schränken, Edelstahlgeräten und Granitoberflächen ausgestattet. Die Master-Suite bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Gästezimmer ein Queensize-Bett bietet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein ausklappbares Queensize-Schlafsofa für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz.

OPTIONAL: Die Annehmlichkeiten des Tops'l Tennis Club und des Fitnesscenters stehen unseren Gästen gegen einen Aufpreis von 45 USD pro Tag (mindestens 3 Tage) zur Verfügung, der Annehmlichkeiten für alle Gäste der Wohnung beinhaltet. Der Club bietet ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter, Yoga- und Übungskurse, eine Sauna und Dampfbäder, 14 Tennisplätze, Shuffleboard-Plätze, Racquetballplätze, einen Minigolfplatz und Innenpools. our go to spot

This rental is beautiful, clean and well maintained. This was our second stay here, and will be a regular go to for us. We love this property. Being on the ground level makes it extra convenient for getting to and from the pools and beach, especially with having little ones. Plenty to do in the area and its all within a reasonable distance.

I absolutely loved staying in this condo! The inside of the condo was so beautiful, and there were many special touches that made it really feel like home. The resort was awesome as well! Best Vacation

This was our first time ever staying at Tops’l and it was one of our favorite family vacations we’ve ever taken! We had 2 adults and 3 kids 12 and under and there was plenty of space.The condo was clean and up to date. We loved being on the first floor and being able to walk right off the patio to the pool or beach. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit at Tops'l. Condo was spacious, close to pool, close to ocean. Kitchen had just enough pots and pans and ample counter space. We appreciated the mini golf gear in the closet and copious well loved beach toys, chairs, and cart on the back patio. Spotting the outdoor cats who live next door was a highlight of our stay. We would stay in this unit again.

Great communication

Amazing property. Lots to do, walk to the beach was short, two pool locations and a hot tub. Was not busy!! The cabinet has some essentials that you can use as needed and leave what you can! I love that. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, nets, boogie boards and the beach wagon makes it easy. Communication with owner was timely and great! No complaints, will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

Do not stay here. The apartment was not clean! - both beds had dirty bedding, and this is an understatement! We had to ask to have it replaced after arriving from a 10 hour drive. Dirty back patio, gross washing machine and the toilet ran constantly even after reporting it to the property manager. Bedroom cupboard were storage for brooms, mops, etc. - unusable. I do not recommend staying here. It was nice to be on the ground floor, but that’s about where it stopped.

Clean and spacious location

Overall out trip was excellent and we loved the proximity of the condo to the beach and pool. We never had a problem with parking and we adored the kind security personnel . We used the owners beach wagon to load up our beach needs and our 1 year old and could walk with our 5 year old to the beach within 5 minutes. Publix was a short drive as well and it was nice to be on the quieter side of town. The only things that would have been nicer would have been a welcome packet of information with a map, useful phone numbers when needing them quickly (I.e security at 1:30 am), and tips for the resort- I.e. hit up the beach bar for a souvenir cup that had FREE refills for the length of your stay; we found this out on our last day. The door code was a bit long to type when juggling bags and a toddler but was still more convenient than a key, and the cookware could have a bit of a refresh with some nonstick options; however just about any pot and Pan you could need was available. And a keurig is in the condo. Communication with the owner was great and issues were addressed very quickly.

Great location, exactly as described. Will be back!

Condo was clean and well stocked with essentials to get the trip started on right foot! The beach cart was very appreciated to make the walk to beach and pool easier with kids toys etc. Being on first floor was really convenient with young children. The condo was large and had nice comfortable furniture, kitchen had more cooking items than most rentals I’ve stayed at. The resort is very conveniently located and the pools were very clean. We will certainly be back!

Time to Breathe

My husband is a mental health therapist who needed a respite. We love the area, so quiet and located perfectly between Destin and 30A. We went on three bike rides while there. The weather was perfect. The hot tub was broken and the beach a 5 minute walk. We will be back. Oh and the code works, but push hard on those buttons. Tommy was easy to reach and very responsive. Thank you for being our host.

Awesome Listing, Great Host

We LOVED our condo! Location was excellent! And Host Tommy was very responsive and helpful!! Every issue was resolved quickly and promptly! Rental was VERY spacious and the beach wagon with toys and beach furniture was a HUGE plus for us!! We had EVERYTHING needed and kids loved extra toys! Doubled as extra carrying capacity for our inflatable's!! Will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway

This property was just perfect! So beautiful, the beach is beautiful, the pools, the unit...everything was perfect. Having flown in, with no beach equipment with us, it was so nice to have a beach wagon, chairs, sand toys and more to utilize. Such a gem, we will for sure be back.

Great Communication

We had a couple minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and without any complications! Cleaning crew prior to us checking in could have done a little better job. We found a diaper, a sock and an undergarment under the bed. Otherwise, all was great! Pool is just a stone's throw from condo's back door! Walk to and from beach is just down the sidewalk and on a path. There is a bar by the second pool by The Tides. Was nice to have that option as we were headed to the beach. Be careful where you place your own umbrellas though. We tried to put one up one day and the HOA made us take it down because we had to be BEHIND the chairs and umbrellas already set up. We opted for no umbrellas for the week. Wagon was nice to have to haul our things down to the beach.

Great condo right by the beach!

We loved the location! Spacious condo, easy access from parking lot. It was about 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner had beach chairs and wagons on the patio but we brought our own to use. The kitchen is a very nice size for a condo. The beds were comfortable. The area where the building is located is super nice, shopping centers are about 5-10 minutes drive. The pool is right around the corner from the patio. Our 3 year old kept on saying that this is his new home! It was our perfect first trip to Miramar Beach!

Beautiful condo, great location.

Our stay Summit 111 was excellent. We would recommend anyone to stay there. It is in a good location, close to pool, short walk to ocean. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that was stated on VRBO. The owner reached out to us to and made sure everything was going well. Short drive to lots of shopping and food. I recommend Destiny Church in the area also. Nice property I would go back.
