Easy 5 minute walk to the Beautiful Folly Field Beach 3 blocks away. Bike rentals, restaurants, a poolside bar and sports bar, are located across the street!
Beautifully decorated condo includes:
Single level featuring open floor plan, eat in kitchen and living room leads onto large (28 feet wide) balcony deck over looking lagoon. 55” Roku compatible TV in living room.
Ceiling fans in all rooms and on balcony over looking lagoon.
Two Bedrooms two full Bathrooms condo fully and newly furnished.
Well equipped kitchen includes all the necessities for dining and cooking including brand new coastal dining ware, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and ice maker in freezer.
Master bedroom includes ensuite full bathroom, queen bed and smart Roku compatible TV.
Secondary bedroom has queen adjustable bed and Roku compatible smart TV.
Brand new washer/dryer, inside the condo.
Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards/skim boards, rafts and misc beach and pool toys provided for guest use.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
