Our stay was great. Celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary here. Perfect beach setting, just a short 10 minute walk to it. Will consider staying at this property again next year.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful. Very clean and spacious. The property manager was available for any questions we had as well.

My two friends and I had the best time staying at The Greens. The villa was excellent and exactly how it was listed online. We loved waking up in the mornings and eating breakfast outside, watching the golfers in the backyard. The closeness to the beach and pool was absolutely perfect. It had so many things provided for us to cook dinners each night, do our laundry and dishes, as well as having a calm and fun environment to hangout in. The information given to us before our stay was everything we could have asked for! Would definitely recommend and would totally return!

HHI Lovers

The property was in a great location. We love Shipyard so we were close to all the places we love to go. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had sn issue with the main bedroom ac but worked on it with the owner. We didn’t realize the bedrooms were on the 2nd floor. We have stayed in an upstairs unit in the shipyard before But everything was on the upstairs level so we thought that’s what it would be like. We would definitely recommend this property.

The best part for me and my wife was sitting on the patio in the mornings watching the wildlife, birds squirrels and golfers It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to a lot of great restaurants

The area and the condo were awesome. We have stayed in this area a couple of times now and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach and the pool was great. We took a day trip to Savannah GA.

Great location in Shipyard

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for a family of five and location was great. We enjoyed the beach and bike riding the best! Shipyard is close to everything, but not overly crowded like some of the other areas.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greens. The unit was lovely and very close to the Beach. We visited the pool every day. We rode our bikes every day, and the Shipyard bike paths were wonderful. We also really loved riding bikes on the beach in the evening. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Condo

We come to HHI every year. This condo was exactly as advertised, and a convenient walk to the beach. Check-in was a breeze, and the owners were quick to respond to any/all questions. Would highly recommend 114 the Greens!!

Perfect Hilton Head Getaway

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo so much! Very family friendly! It was perfectly located, a short walk to the beach and the pool. It was clean and we had an easy check in. Communication with the host was quick and prompt. She was even able to provide us with an extra parking pass last minute. I would highly recommend staying here with your family

This place is larger than the pictures. It was very clean and the location is very quiet and private. We were a tad worried about being further from the ocean than normal and that was no problem. It truly is a walkable distance and it is shaded the whole way. If you are on the fence about renting this place JUST DO IT!

Plusses - The property served out needs quite well. Good location/access to the beach and reasonably well maintained. Nicely decorated and clean. Everything worked well (ie. internet, TV, appliances etc.) Minuses - A couple of drawer nobs fell off - no big deal. Also, wood railing on deck had a couple of holes where wasps made their home.

Great time !

After 61 years of marriage we can honestly say we have a good time wherever we go as long as we are together ! The weather was great as was the golf and the easy walk to the beach. A great location! Our complaint was no heat, but after several days we finally got help from the owner. We believe the cleaning crew could do a much better job as is some new carpeting and furniture, both are really out of date. P.S. some blankets would have been nice. 😊

Conveniently located

Cozy but not updated like other units. The kitchen had bare necessities (old pans, no cork screw, scissors…). Suggest adding a knife block with a variety of sharp knives and scissors. Frat house furniture upstairs, but the king bed was comfortable. Needs an outdoor mat out front for wiping feet.

View of the golf course

The best part of this property was the view from the patio doors onto the 6th green of the golf course. Also, the close proximity to the beach and biking trails. The living room furniture was new and very nice, the kitchen was equipped but it was very basic with no extras. The beds were okay but the sheets did not fit the beds(we asked that the king sheets be replaced and they were). We did not realize until we had guests stay that the twin sheets also did not fit the beds. The bottom sheet would not put during the night. The towels were unsatisfactory and we ended up purchasing some. This unit was not really set up for winter rentals. There was one blanket for the king bed but none for the guest bedrooms. You need more than a thin pretty qulilt during cold weather.
