Diese erstaunliche Oceanfront Retreat mit privatem Strandzugang erwartet Sie und Ihre Gäste. Dieses Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 4. 5 Bädern bietet bequem Platz für 18 Personen. Jedes Zimmer dieses herrlichen Hauses hat einen Panoramablick auf das Meer. Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, davon 3 große Master-Suiten. Es gibt auch eine zusätzliche Königin Schlafzimmer mit einem einzigen über Doppel Etagenbett. Zusätzlich zu den Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Königin ausziehbares Sofa im unteren Familienzimmer.
Das Haus hat auch alles, was Sie für kleine Kinder benötigen, darunter eine Full Size Krippe und 2 Hochstühle.
Ocean Oasis verfügt über eine brandneue High-End-voll ausgestattete Küche. Sie finden alles, was Sie brauchen, um eine Gourmet-Familie Mahlzeit oder eine lässige Nacht in. Es gibt auch einen neuen Edelstahl BBQ auf dem großen Ozean Frontdeck zum Grillen.
Für Unterhaltung gibt es zwei Familienzimmer mit großen Flachbildschirm HDTV's oder entspannen draußen auf dem großen Wrap-around-Deck Einweichen in die Ansichten aus allen Richtungen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt auch über einen sehr großen Holzofen und genügend Platz für alle Gäste. Es gibt auch eine Stereoanlage mit i-Pod / i-Phone Anschluss. WIFI und Kabel-TV sind im ganzen Haus. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher mit Kabel.
Auf der Dachterrasse befindet sich ein Whirlpool und eine Lounge. Der Whirlpool hat einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Ozean und ist der perfekte Ort für Stargazing, wenn die Sonne untergeht.
Die nahe gelegene Stadt Neskowin ist ein kleines malerisches Dorf mit einem gemütlichen Creek-Fronterrestaurant mit großartigen Mahlzeiten, einem kleinen Supermarkt, einer Kunstgalerie, einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz und kilometerlangen Stränden und Wanderwegen. Innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrt haben Sie Zugang zu unglaublichen National Forest Headland Wanderungen und wunderschöne Fahrten. Neun Meilen bis zum Norden ist die Pacific City, wo Sie ein feines Abendessen im Delicate Palate genießen können oder die Surfer und Dory Boote anschauen, während Sie ein Bier im Pelican Pub und Brauerei genießen. Beach paradise

This property is amazing. Incredible views. Comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you would need. Hanging out with friends over spring break at this house was just perfect. And the people in Neskowin at the store and restaurant were an added bonus. We will stay here again.!

Gorgeous view, right on the beach, with space galore

Wonderful stay right in front of the beach with private access (with stairs). Perfect stay for large family with many rooms and extremely well stocked kitchen (lots of plates, pans, cooking ustensiles). The hot tub on the roof was a true gem and looking at the Millay way while relaxing was an amazing experience.

Spectacular location

I have stayed here in 2020 and enjoyed it thoroughly so we came back again. Just a wonderful location and nearby is a café and store for very convenient needs. The café has wonderful food and people.

Amazing location!

Such a stunning location and perfect house for a huge family weekend away! We had 10 adults & 6 kids (4-17) and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! The views!! House was so cozy with many of the bedrooms having fireplaces and ocean front patios! Loved the hot tub views! Kitchen was well stocked & the beds/pillows were so comfortable! Our only complaint was the communication with management…. the day of check in I had no instructions or codes and had to spend an hour with VRBO after trying to call management all morning. VRBO finally got ahold of them/management called me back. Super nice, but stated they had sent the information 3 months back and it never got signed… well I never got it 3 months prior and they never followed up with hey, we need this signed or tried to reach out leaving me to panic the morning of with zero checkin codes or contact from them, nothing. They should have noticed we didn’t sign the form, it was day of and reached out! That needs work! They then said my email was blocked from them by VRBO and that they couldn’t see it, again…. why did they not reach out to me? Why did it take me panicking day of and spending an hour trying to reach them? House was amazing… so clean, cozy and comfortable… but make sure you have check in information! Also tried asking a ? all day Saturday and management who says reach out anytime never replied… I reached out again Sunday morning and finallllly got a reply.

Could use some attention

First impression was that online pictures were taken some time ago, due to the look of the exterior Must be able to navigate stairs to enter house and get around once inside. Half of the stairs to the beach are made of rocks, so a bit precarious. All TVs were on when we entered the house even though we were instructed to turn them all off when we left. No instructions in each room as to how to operate TVs which all seemed to work differently. One had to have a box swapped out in order to work and one had its box in a closet so in order to use remote you had to stand at entrance to the bedroom and point remote into a closet, not allowing you to see the screen. Just an inconvenience. Large kitchen windows looking to the beach were cloudy and dirty. Leak in the ceiling between kitchen and family room, where a puddle appeared on the floor. Possible slipping hazard. One deck board had a good size hole, making us wonder how stable the whole deck was. Bedroom 3 had no screen on sliding door and shower door was sagging and difficult to open, as well as outlets that didn’t work. House needs a little TLC For the price we expected better.

Stay on the coast

This is an amazing house right in the beach. The stairs down are a bit challenging but there are railings most of the way. If the review were about the location it would be off the chart. The house is big and comfortable, but it has issues. The first it’s been a rental for a while. The appliances are newer. The tvs are everywhere. The kitchen is robust. But……The beds in some rooms are squeaky because they are older. It’s impossible to open a window. People have commented about chipped plates but those are small issues. It’s a big grand house, in an excellent location with some deferred maintenance that takes away its luster.

Totally embarrassed to have rented this for my family

The upkeep to this house is horrible. It is a beautiful house and the view is wonderful. The entrance to the house could have used a leaf plower taken to it. The windows hadn’t been washed for sometime, cabinets and doors needed a good wipe down. Many dishes chipped and cracked, pots and pans need replaced. Kitchen cabinets arranged so there is no room to store a weeks worth of food. Had trouble finding out let’s that worked. The hot tub area is need of repair. Top deck off bedroom has loose boards and grass growing in the cracks It is the renter’s job to get propane tanks filled, which involves carrying them up many flights of steep steps. A warning to those who plan on using the crib, it is on the entrance level there is a steep slippery staircase down to the main level, carrying babies up and down is not safe This is just a few complaints, our family has stayed in many rentals so we know what to expect. I have never had to write a complaint before, I can’t believe no one has complained before There needs to be someone accountable for checking up on these rentals So disappointed in this company

Phenomenal Location

This property is located in a quiet private neighborhood directly overlooking the Pacific, with INCREDIBLE VIEWS from Everywhere in and on the property. The trek down to the beach was not too bad, but would certainly be dangerous for someone older or injured. The overall cleanliness of the inside was excellent! The outside is definitely taking a beating from the Pacific, parts of the roof have rusted out, parts of the deck have broken, one of the main windows in the kitchen has lost the interior gas between the panes making it very blurry and difficult to see through. With 6 bedrooms and tons of communal space, everyone had space To sprawl out and actually enjoy their time off alone, or in the company of others. Neskowin is basically a private beach with very few people around! Contact with the property owner was not easy, I ended up calling 15 times in a day just to get a response. Overall I would stay again, but I really hope they start taking care of some maintenance needs on the exterior, before they turn into major needs.

Overall a beautiful property

The property location and the size is awesome for a large family. The bedrooms and lower family room were perfect. I’d say the property needs some general maintenance specifically the dining room chairs and tighten the lower bathroom door. There are a couple of windows that need to be fixed as they fog up in the kitchen side which faces the water. All that said the family really enjoyed the house.

Beach house stay with a bitter ending

Everything about the home was fine and or doable for our party. Home could have been cleaner upon check in. The challenge was with the host (High style vacation homes) Post check out after looking for my deposit refund, 2 weeks later) we were accused of having a dog on the property and that we stained the carpet. Both being false accusations I didn’t want to fuss over paying to clean the small area of the home that had carpet, especially since I didn’t have post check out pics. I felt as though with the cameras on the property they would easily be able validate not having a pet on site. Unfortunately they dismissed that when it was brought up… After calling back again months later to check up on the remaining deposit on the carpet cleaning charge, I was treated very rudely, poorly and unprofessionally. I was then informed via text they were keeping all 800.00 of the deposit. After reviewing what other peoples experience with this business online, I noticed I wasn’t alone. Please be aware and take your pre and post check in-out pics.

The Perfect Beach

Our family of 14 stayed to celebrate grandpas birthday. Even though the house is starting to show it’s years, it is an amazing property. Plenty of comfortable beds, large kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and Huge windows give a constant view of the ocean waves and beach. Beach access, though rugged, was accessible to all ages, 6-70. It met our needs very well. So many sights to see in the area, (beach, lighthouses, forest, museums, seafood, etc.) Kids are already asking if we can go back next year.

So so house with million-dollar views. One bit of advice, bring pitons and a secure climbing rope to help descend to the beach. Once you reach the beach, God willing, you will enjoy the soft sand and privacy. When you are ready to attempt the treacherous climb out make sure you keep the following at the ready. Defibrillator, oxygen, cell phone (911) and if you make it down and back unscathed a fine bourbon to sip as you enjoy the sunset. All an all not a bad place to get a little R&R. On the food side of things, the toffee pudding at the Wolf Cafe is amazingly good!

Stunning Views for Large Groups

Location, location, location. Beach front property with amazing views from every bedroom. No fighting necessary for the best one. Able bodied only has lots of stairs to navigate but thats the trade off for stellar cliff top views. Deck with lots of seating to enjoy the view. Rooftop hot tub is amazing to view the beach at night and relax.

Magic location

The location is spectacular. Wonderful for our family retreat. The rooftop hot tub was the best place to start and end the day. In reference to other reviews the steps to the beach are fine for most without disabilities. Great grandma had to be carried, but everyone else had no problem with it. As far as maintenance the interior is great. I think you have be a little forgiving on oceanfront properties on the exterior. Salt water takes it toll, but that is pretty much cosmetic. I would have liked to have the rules such as check in and out times sooner as what is posted on VRBO is not up to date. We had caterers from Lincoln City deliver dinners and the evenings on the deck were great for family time.

Family vacation

We had an amazing family vacation at this property. The location is absolutely incredible. During low tide, we could walk directly onto the beach and explore. We were traveling with our adult children and one infant granddaughter. It was so helpful to have the crib and high chair. The house was spacious and allowed us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was huge. We cooked many of our meals at the house and then just relaxed on one of the many balconies. The steep driveway was a little tricky but we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Best view ever

We had 16 people and plenty of space. House was great! Owners responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Beach access was steeper than expected but manageable. Views are spectacular from the balconies. I would stay there again. My wife loved it and she had a broken leg so it wasn’t easy to get around but she loved it.

Incredible home and location!

This house is gorgeous on its own, but then throw in this outstanding location perched above the ghost forest and with a path down to a secluded area of beach that felt like our own private oasis. Amazing. The house has enough rooms for multiple families, the basement area with separate lounge space and PacMan game was a perfect spot for the kids. I typically don’t enjoy cooking while on vacation but this kitchen with the views of the ocean and high end appliances made for a lot of highly enjoyable meals in. Thank you!!!!

We have put it larger windows, decks off the bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, large deck off family room, new flooring, added bedrooms and living space to make it more family friendly. This home is such a special place to us. We have created so many memories and can't wait to share it with you!
