Großes und modernes Haus am Meer mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Dieses Haus wurde im Jahr 2017 mit allen neuen Möbeln, neuen Bädern, Wäscherei, Schlafzimmer, Teppich und Farbe umgebaut. Dieses große Haus verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer mit 5, 5 Bäder. Die großen Versammlungsräume bieten bequem Platz für 18 Gäste und das Haus bietet genug Platz für 18 Personen zum Abendessen. Es gibt 7 Kingsize-Betten, mehrere versteckte Betten, ein Etagenbett und 5, 5 Badezimmer.
Die Küche bietet alles, was ein Koch zum Zubereiten großer Mahlzeiten benötigt. Zwei Geschirrspüler mit Gasherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeekanne. Das Esszimmer und die Küche bieten Platz für 18 Personen.
Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Aufzug für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität.
Die Außenbereiche verfügen über eine große Terrasse, einen Whirlpool am Meer, einen Basketballkorb und einen Parkplatz für 7 Autos.

The beach view and access are amazing! We, surprisingly, ended up with nice weather. Sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view was wonderful. We also took a really nice hike. The house is spacious and had enough room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed it very much. We only had a couple of issues, the gate code we were given didn't work, but the property management company responded very quickly. The cleanliness of the hot tub was the other issue, but they resolved that by sending someone out. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying in this house again.

Family and friends stayed there for a wedding. We had plenty of space and bathrooms. It was an unusually cold and icy weekend but we stayed warm and cozy with beautiful views of the ocean.

The house is beautifully arranged for a large group like ours. There are so many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of places to gather together and lots of spaces to get away for privacy. The deck is fabulous for eating, getting some sun, watching the sunset. the location is unbeatable. But the house was not clean. So much sand everywhere. windows were difficult to open, one window is hanging on a hinge and should be repaired. The back door lock was broken and we could not lock it while we were there. When we arrived the alarm was sounding, which was a bit difficult because it was pouring rain which is of course nobody's fault. It just made it all more unpleasant. The kitchen was quite sandy and needs to be organized. I know this sounds like so many complaints, but the house needs some attention. I would come back to this house because of the space and location. But for the price, I would expect cleaner carpet, less chipping paint, and generally better maintenance.

Family Fall Get-away

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach front home. The house is very nice with the most gorgeous view and prime location. The kitchen is well stocked, very nice. We had warm weather and enjoyed the beachfront access. The hot tub was wonderful, too. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space for all. We can't wait to go again!

The host of this property canceled on our party of 17 less than 24 hours prior to our check-in despite having booked it five months in advance. We had paid in full, we had signed all of our contracts, and everything looked like it was a go until the very last minute when they said that there needed to be deck repairs scheduled. What was even worse was that I had been in touch with the property management company hours prior and there was no mention of cancellation. we had 12 people coming from out of state for my father‘s 80th birthday and it was an incredible stress to find out that the host was canceling our booking 20 hours before check-in. I could never recommend this property management company or this host.

The house is spacious with an amazing view and beach access.The low rating is due to 2 issues. The first is we were called 45 mins ahead of check-in that we had to sign an agreement in order to get the codes to the house. Normally, I wouldn't feel comfortable signing a separate agreement without having time to review, but we had family waiting there for the codes to check in and at this point, we didn't have another option. The second is that the main reason we chose this house is for the oceanfront hot tub. When we arrived for our 2-night stay, the hot tub was at 66 degrees and we had to reach out to the mgmt company, who then informed us that the hot tub wasn’t working earlier and an electrician had to fix it. Given how long it takes a hot tub to heat up, we knew it wouldn’t be available for our first night. The next day, the hot tub was completely broken and we learned it wouldn’t be repaired for our stay. This is an expensive rental, and we requested a partial refund that reflected the value of the hot tub. Instead we were offered a comical refund (which was never paid to us) and their solution was to use another hot tub in the area-not feasible for our large group, mostly over 70 and a 3-year old, to travel to use another hot tub then travel back soaking wet in the middle of a hail and rain storm.We understand these things happen, but we should have been given a heads up that we would be arriving to the house with a broken amenity and offered a solution up front.

Excellent house with great layout and amazing location

The views and proximity to the beach can't be beat! The house is great for large groups with lots of flexible space. The property manager was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house and contents are showing some deferred maintenance but given Katie's responsiveness, I'm hoping these will be addressed promptly.

Loved this house…right on the beach that was so quiet and beautiful…access to beach is challenging for less mobile guests but there is an easy access just a few houses down. Check in times and out times seemed to vary from Vrbo site, to emails and then the house itself had a different time posted than documents sent in email…but other than that no complaints! Dog friendly which was a plus! So much fun!

We enjoyed our weekend so much. Even with the rain. Access to the beach was perfect, the hot tub worked great, lovely home. The one coffee pot didn't work very well, only 1 wash machine worked and the pancake griddle was broken. But overall it was wonderful.

Wonderful 90th Birthday Family Celebration

The house was perfect for 18 of us ages ranging from 5 to 90. The backyard beach was perfect for both the kids and adults as others watched from the deck. We enjoyed walking to ghost forest and hiking to the top of proposal rock. The extra table in the living area was great for puzzles and the double picnic tables on the deck were great for games and outdoor seating for everyone.

Don’t think about it JUST BOOK IT

My partner and I wanted a Romantic getaway to the coast and this exceeded my expectations by ALOT. The view is absolutely amazing! The layout of home very spacious and very clean. Lots of natural light. Everything from the couches to bed sheets were COMFORTABLE AND SOFT! Probably the softest sheets I’ve ever felt. Would love to stay again!

Best Beach House!

We had the best time at the Rockview house. The rooms and furnishings made the house feel cozy yet high end. Being on the beach was awesome for the multiple different families that were there...some wanted to hang out inside with an amazing view, some wanted to hang out on the huge deck, and some wanted to go down to the beach. There was something for everyone age 2-age 84! Katie was very responsive to messages if we had questions or needed anything g. Hope to stay again next year!
