This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with theater room is located directly ocean front over looking the Neskowin Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock on Neskowin Beach. This clean and modern home has all new furnishings, 9 HDTV's, WIFI and features easy local beach access. New ocean front hot tub installed!
This home comfortably sleeps your guests with 5 king Bedrooms and a small bunk area. All bedrooms have HDTV's, and high quality linens. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Game room includes- shuffle board and foosball table.
The deck has all new furnishings, BBQ, and Adirondack chairs.
The grass yard has a bocce ball/horseshoe pit and large grass area for play.
The home has a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring ocean view eat up bar area and dining area to seat 12+.
Rent the home next door as well (VRBO 1487761) and accommodate up to 30 people!
The home next door is a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. These two together can accommodate large groups and family gatherings.

Excellent location!

We loved this home and location! The beach is so quiet and there are two beach accesses close by. Hot tub was a hit, very clean! The beds were super comfortable and the home was perfect for our family!

Lovely home!

The home was beautiful and just large enough for our group. The location and view are beyond measure and truly the reason to pay the high cost to stay here. The required later than normal check in and also earlier required check out were disappointing, but our family enjoyed our weekend at the house and made some lovely memories.

Family vacation

We were looking for a home with beach access and a bedroom in the main floor for our MIL. We entered the home and right away noticed a hole in the ceiling from water damage in the dining room. The overall cleanliness was not good. There were hairs from previous tenants in the bathrooms and on sheets. In the master bedroom above the door there was a gaping hole from water damage. Master shower does not drain so you are standing in a pool of water while showering. The living room fireplace was inoperable. A feature we would have liked to use. Outdoors the hot tub only two or the four jets are working. Trash was surrounding the fire pit. Beach access is not really beach access for the over 40 crowd unless you want to rock climb. The patio slider does not lock and is sticky and very hard to operate. The home is spacious and in a quiet location. For the money I would have hoped for a bit of a better experience.

This was a great house with beautiful views. We were disappointed with the visible water damage, the bbq was replaced with a griddle and a lock on the hot tub. The property manager was unhelpful when asked for the code.

We hosted a family gathering of 9-people and this property had plenty of space to accommodate. Spectacular views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and great to entertain. looks like it was just remodeled and was very clean.

Beautiful location

For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. We were dissapointed to find one of the listed bedrooms to be locked. No indication as to why. Our tall twelve year old was looking forward to a room of his own. No luck.Almost all of the window coverings are broken. Unable to raise and lower shades. Tv in bedroom 1 does not work. Minor for me but my husband was dissapointed But otherwise it was a lively home and we enjoyed our time.Note to future renters....the lower level stairs are VERY steep. The kids navigated like the mountain goats they are but us older folks were very neevous!

Great gathering spaces, comfortable beds/ rooms, extremely clean, and we’ll stocked! My one comment is for the amount of people it holds it does need two refrigerators, it only has one so being a cooler if you’re staying more then a few days.

Pluses and minuses.

Though owner says new roof - ceilings leaked. We reported same. Old TV's and systems needed to be updated. Could not get large national football games on the system. Oregon vs. Michigan. View was gorgeous. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious, as was the rest of the house.

Amazing Beach House

This is a wonderful house in an amazing location, just steps from the beach and the intriguing Neskowin Ghost Forest and Proposal Rock. The house is well-stocked, and the floor plan allows for privacy and separation for large groups. We ate in every night rather than go out for dinner. The weather at this time of year was perfect for evenings around the fire pit. All in all, this is a desirable rental, highly recommended.

Beautiful property, Great location

This is the second property I have stayed in with this owner. They are very attentive to our questions and any requests. This property was beautiful and is located right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Some of the property had just been remodeled, but the total property was amazing. It was perfect for both our parents and kids. Everyone loved it. New modern appliances, large hot tub, beach access, great views. We plan to stay there again. Thank you.

Weekend at the Coast

We loved the location and the house had plenty of rooms. Everything was clean and we had a fabulous time. I am sure we will be back. My only negative feedback is the screen door was torn and the sliding door was very hard to open. Most of the windows were also either very hard or impossible to open. I think the sea air rusted them a bit. Otherwise, a great experience!

Family vacation on the beach

The house was beautiful and accommodated my family of 12 perfectly. The 5 bedrooms with Kings were so comfortable and the room I took upstairs had sliding glass doors to the veranda where I could have coffee and listen to the ocean. The backyard is literally on the beach with a short walk down some rocky steps. We enjoyed the firepit at night and played glow in the dark bochie ball on the beach. The view was breathtaking. The screen on the sliding glass door off the livingroom was cut in several places upon arrival and we reported that to management right away. We played shuffle board and foosball in the game room which was cool but could not find the sand for the shuffle board even after contacting management. Management was prompt to respond. Other than those 2 things we loved the property and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful house and location, never again will book with Vrgo

I booked this house for 2 nights for our family vacation - it was listed at $X (vrbo won’t let me say) per night. The total billed to credit card was $XXXX. On the day of arrival I received a call from the property manager who said the check in time was 4 pm instead of 3 pm and checkout would be 10, not 11 am. When I complained about the inconvenience and said I would deal with it after our trip (meaning a review), I was told that I was threatening and she was going to cancel the reservation. When I tried to pay the $X pet fee, I was charged $X plus 25%. Then I was told to sign a new rental agreement with the property manager which required a $X deposit for damages. The house was beautiful but one bed was broken (repaired by my partner) and a bathroom door was broken. This transaction was misleading from the start. No more vrbo for us.
