The house is in a great location and beach access. Amazing view! Huge kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group. We had a couple housekeeping items we reached out for and they had the cleaning crew out that day and all was addressed. The communication was great abd response time was appreciated. We would stay again.

The location and the house layout were great, especially. for a family with 2 young children. The communication with the rental company was excellent and any questions we had were answers promptly. I understand the wear and tear and appreciate the hosts allowing dogs. I would make a couple of suggestions... repairing windows so more of them open to get some fresh air w/b nice and just picking up trash around the property... i.e. under the deck and around the garbage cans . Also, cleaning the windows that face the ocean so the view could be enjoyed more. I wouldn't call this luxury for the price but we had a nice stay.

Spectacular view and access to beach!!However, deferred maintenance and attention is required, on the following items:*Dishwasher-missing side roller/right side/bottom shelf; lays on sprayer & dishes do not clean*Blinds broke in both upper floor bedrooms- no privacy, not acceptable*One KITCHEN towel, for 3-day stay-not acceptable.*One HAND towel, per bathroom, for 3-day stay- not acceptable *Lower Bathrooms-Only one set of towels & wash clothes*Upper Bathroom/North side-No rack or hooks to hold towels.*Lower Bedroom- Noted: Inside door is scratched severely/from a previous guest stay (appears to be pet scratches)*Lower Bedroom-Garbage; several cracker wrappers and crumbs under bed*Light bulbs out in master bathroom and Kitchen (stove & under cabinet).

The view and proximity to the beach was amazing!! The check in and out process was so easy. The host was very quick to respond. I loved that we could bring our dogs on vacation! The house was fairly clean in the most important places (bed, bathrooms). However, the house could definitely use a deep clean. The walls were pretty dirty as well as stains on the carpet downstairs. The property could benefit from having no carpet due to being pet friendly. Overall we had a great time on our family vacation.

Excellent location. The views are stunning and access to the beach is great. The upstairs is spacious and the 2 upstairs bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is great as well, with lots of room and counter space. I would give the upstairs almost 3-4 stars and the downstairs 2 stars. The downstairs bedrooms were musty, dark and cold. We got the heat to work for the downstairs finally, but it still was dim and musty. Pet stains and odors on carpets and furniture throughout the house.

This was by far the best house on this beach. Almost every other home had very strap or no Beach access, yet we had an easy trail right to the water. The views from the kitchen, deck, and dining area were unmatched! The house is a little worn, but very clean and we will do it again for the location location location!

We liked the house and the Pacific City Area

The house was just as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. The beach access is a big plus, as well as proximity to Bob Straub State Park, just down the street. We hope to stay there again.

The perfect place for a few families to hang

We loved this house and its location! It was big enough for multiple families, has amazing views of the ocean is right on dunes-to-the-beach- the perfect place for kids to romp. We will definitely be back!
