Located on a quiet canopied road in South Venice, and close to everything. We have a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home with central a/c & heat and wifi. We are located just south of the Circus bridge, the southern bridge of Venice Island, and 2 blocks from the Venetian Waterway & Intracoastal Biking/Walking Trails. Our home is equipt with two multi-geared comfort cruiser bicycles for your use, or bring your own to travel on the Legacy trail. We are steps away from the 4 mile long Venetian waterway trail that continues 18.5 miles along the Legacy Trail finishing on the North side of Sarasota. It's a 5 minute drive to Sharky's on the BEACH! Venice is known as the Sharks Tooth Capital of the World and it's only minutes away from our home. We have beach towels, snorkel sets, noodles, beach chairs and floats for you to enjoy. Our home has varied outdoor spaces: a lovely lanai and bricked patio. The covered and screened lanai has an outdoor fridge to keep your beverages cool and accessible, fans and comfortable seating for 4. The bricked patio outside has a propane Weber bar-b-que grill with gazebo to keep you shaded, outdoor seating for 6 and a firepit- all encased in a fully fenced backyard.
Step inside and you will immediately notice the vast open floor plan. The Living room with it's 65 inch smart tv, media center w too many games, and reclining loveseat and matching leather sofa. All overlooking the chefs kitchen with sweeping granite counters - including seating for 6 on one island and 4 additional seats on the other. Upgraded Reverse osmosis water lines for clean drinking water out of the refrigerator. This kitchen is where great meals and memories are made. Beyond the kitchen is the light and bright windowed Florida room- a great space to mix and mingle once you have been kicked of the kitchen. This space has a rattan couch and wicker lounge chair and ottoman- two comfortable spots to keep the conversion flowing beyond the kitchen.
The primary bedroom is just off the Florida room and is separate from the other bedrooms. This space has a lovely tropical feel with dark wood floors and furniture including a queen bed, side tables, full dresser and highboy. The lamps in this room have usb charging ports and there is a 50 inch smart tv. The wall art includes all Florida artists- several local to Sarasota. This space also features an en-suite bathroom. The marble and granite bathroom include a single sink, toilet, step-in shower and separate bath tub.
The other two bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the opposite side of the house. Both bedrooms are expertly situated and beautifully furnished. The first bedroom has a queen bed, full dresser, two side tables (with usb touch lamps), tall lingerie chest and full closet to store your items. The last bedroom also has a queen bed, two side tables (equipt with their own usb ports and outlets on the rear of the side tables), full dresser, desk and chair, and full closet for storage. The full bathroom has a beachy vibe with tile floors, granite vanity w/ a single sink, toilet and a combo shower/tub.
Our home has many games, books, coloring books and DVD's to help entertain the kiddos but be sure to keep you eyes on them for safety. We encourage children but our home is not childproof.
Should you decide to bring your dog with you there is a pet fee of $10 per day. Please keep your pets off of the furniture and bring your most favorite clean dog beds and toys from home. We have a fully fenced backyard and plenty of spaces to sniff out and investigate. We expect our guests to be responsible for their dogs waste and have bags available for use.
