Unsere ruhige und dennoch zentral gelegene tropische Florida Pool Villa I in Venice, Florida laesst keine Wuensche offen - hier lassen sich rundum entspannte Urlaubstage verbringen.

Ein beheizbarer Pool, mit seperat beheizbarem Wirlpool laedt zur Entspannung ein - wer moechte, springt schon morgens in den hauseigenen Pool oder sitzt am Abend genuesslich, mit einem Glas Sekt in der Hand, im Sprudelbad. Geniessen Sie die warmen Abendstunden auf unserer Terrasse, bei der Einblicke von Aussen nicht moeglich sind und lauschen Sie der Stille.

Unsere Villa haben wir fuer Euch komplett neu eingerichtet. Unser Blue Pearl Granit in der Kueche laesst Euch den Kuechenloeffel ebenfalls freudig schwingen. Fuer einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen unsere Betten mit SEHR guten Matratzen. Und zum weiteren Komfort fuer Euch, ist eine grosszuegige, automatisch verschliessbare Garage vorhanden.

Lovely house great location

This house is even nicer than the photos show. Fully stocked with all the pool, beach and house supplies you’d need. Location is great. We walked to Shamrock nature preserve, and Venice and Nokomis beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Check in and out were very simple. We would definitely re-book here if we come back to Venice.

Property was respectable not fancy.

Inside clean. Outside needed yardwork. Supplied with games for inside the house. Toys for the pool, beach, and bikes. Pool and hot tube were great! Missed not having a bathtub in either bathroom. Generally house was nice. Neighborhood had nice and rundown homes.

The house is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfect for 5 to 6 adults, Michelle the property manager is knowledgeable about the area. Then it is so great that the backyard is covered so you can hang out by the pool without the bugs. They have everything you need for a day at the beach.

Enjoyable Stay!

Nice stay in a residential area that is a short drive to area gulf beaches. The pool and hot tub area is very nice! Colleen was very helpful with info regarding the property and the area. Would definitely recommend!

Home was beautiful, just as advertised. House very well stocked with towels, toys/games, aluminum foil, even maple syrup! Pool was very nice and private. Owner very responsive, even came and shocked pool for us!

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful 2 week stay - the house was spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The towels (bath and beach) were very nice - we went to the ferry beach one day, but our favorite ended up being Manasota beach, a short 10 minute drive. Shamrock park was a great place to walk. We will be back - thank you Gerty and Colleen!

Adorable private paradise

Our family of 6 loved this house! We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, tons of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, and the best part was the screened in heated pool/hot tub surrounded by trees making it super private. Gerty was a fantastic hostess and was attentive to all our needs. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Great vacation home

The home was clean and tasteful decor. Very relaxing. Great neighborhood. The beach ferry was a plus and it was a beautiful beach. Enjoyed all the other beautiful beaches in the area. Enjoyed historical Venice shops and the ice cream shop there was amazing. In general the house had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

Great House!

This rental is exactly as described! Very tastefully decorated with tons of amenities. The well stocked kitchen included everything from dishes to silverware for entertaining our family and friends. The pool area is set up perfectly! We enjoyed relaxing and swimming everyday. Working with Michelle was such a pleasure and Gerty is a delight! We would recommend this gem for a couple or small family and wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Family Christmas Reunion Vacation

We picked this Home to have our Christmas vacation with our two adult daughters and their husbands. It was spotless and just lovely. We spent many happy hours in the pool and the spa. The location was just what we wanted, we rode bikes to the Nature Preserve, and some of us ran during the week. Also easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the private community beach also. Gertie was super responsive and friendly.

Great Place!

Overall amazing stay both Gerty and Michelle were wonderful, only negative thing that I would say is that the photos in the listing make the space look a lot larger than it actually is (which is the first thing my family noticed walking into the space) and the furniture is really uncomfortable but we spent a lot of time at the beach instead of in the house. Location and functionality are what really made the stay great. This specific space is within about a 20 minute drive from 3 different amazing beaches and only about an hour drive from the central Siesta Key area. Overall would book again :)

Lovely Home away from Home

We rented Gerty's Pool Villa for the month of February 2017. This was our 4th year renting the Villa and it did not disappoint. It's spacious ,well- configured and tastefully decorated. The house is kept clean and the kitchen well- stocked with all the necessary utensils and spices etc. We love the beaches and town of Venice nearby, and great sunsets by the jetty. (lots of dolphin sightings by the jetty this year). Gerty is great and very helpful. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Very nice

We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. When we booked the house, we didn’t know it was very far everything, but we dealt with the situation. Overall, the villa was very nice , and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed. Thanks for having us!

Amazing Home

This vacation home was perfect! Recently stayed here with 2 others and had no complaints. The outdoor area is great to enjoy a cup of coffee and have a nice relaxing view of the pool or for grilling up some food. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you need which was very convenient. Gerty the property owner is very friendly and made sure we had everything to have an enjoyable time. Colleen the property manager is great too and is there if you have any questions or concerns. Recommend this house! Thank you Gerty and Colleen!

Seit über 20 Jahren wohne ich bereits schon in den USA.
Seit ueber 6 Jahren habe ich das Glueck, im Sunshine State Florida zu leben. Ich liebe die Freiheit, die dieses Land mir schenkt und es war schon immer ein Traum von mir, ein Feriendomizil in Florida zu erwerben. Bei meiner Suche nach dem richtigen Standort, bin ich auf Venice gestoßen und habe mich auf Anhieb in diese bezaubernde kleine Stadt verliebt. Ich habe eine Schwäche fuer das Außergewöhnliche und fuer das Anders sein und genau das hat mich an Venice so fasziniert.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Die Lage und der private Sandstrand haben mich auf Anhieb begeistert. Die perfekte Mischung fuer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!
