Lovely renovated house with 3 bedrooms 5 beds plus sleeper sofa available per request and 2 full bathrooms, heated pool and 2 car garage. House is in a great location near shopping plazas, restaurants and the famous Legacy Trail perfect for biking, running and more. You will have short distance to Nokomis Beach, Caspersen Beach, Manasota Beach, Starbucks and a lots of places to visit in the Sarasota and Venice area....you can walk to the First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Beals and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3 miles drive to Sharky's on the Pier or only about 4 miles away from the Venice Beach. Situated at a dead-end in a peaceful community. Lots of outdoor space around the house with beautiful palm trees and a large patio area around the pool is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. Board games, a gas grill, and more at your disposal.

Perfect Getaway for families, couples and friends. Pets are welcome with additional pet fee. This Home will make you happy and relaxed. It's very comfortable. You will love it....

Beautiful, clean home with exceptionally well appointed kitchen, lots of beach towels, and great communication with home owner!! Location was perfect for our stay. Minutes to the beach, food, grocercies, and to our local family. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We hope to stay again!!

Highly recommend! We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with all the amenities that were provided. The home was very clean and the host thought of everything from more than enough towels and beach towels to plenty of cookware!! The wifi was easy to connect to and figuring out TV apps for downtime after soaking up the Florida sun! I also appreciated that the host had texted me the day after arrival to make sure we were settled in ok. 10/10

Perfect Family Vacation Home with Everything You Need!

We stayed with our family of four, two adults and two kids (ages 10 and 7). Checking in was a breeze, using the provided garage and door code. The house was very clean and modern. It was stocked with literally everything you could need! We've stayed at a handful of VRBO's and have never found a place that had everything you could possibly think of that a guest might need, like this place did. The beds and pillows were also very comfy, which you don't always get when you're staying away from home. The pool was definitely the cake topper! It was like Christmas for our kids, being able to just step out the door and have your very own pool. They have a ton of beach and pool toys to enjoyas well. We also had a blast using the foosball/pool/air hockey table. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO!!

Great house

Our family stayed in this house for spring break. Great house - nice layout with enough comfortable sleeping options for everyone. Good common areas as well. Pool was great - clean & warm. Kids stated that it was their favorite vacation house that we’ve stayed in!

An absolutely wonderful experience

We were delighted with our stay. We have never stayed at a nicer home. The owner is gracious, attentive, helpful and keeps the home impeccably clean. The heated pool was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The beach is a short drive and downtown Venice is 2 miles away. Great grocery and supplies for daily needs less than a mile. Our granddaughters came and stayed for a week and the 3 bedrooms can accommodate an extended family. The entire home was recently remodeled and there are great appliances. We signed up for time next year - nothing more to say.

Great home!

This home was perfect for my family of 6. It had everything we needed including stuff to bring out to the beach! Chairs, toys, even a shark tooth shovel lol. We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect for what we needed, which was a crashpad for 4 plus a dog since all of us couldn't fit at grandmas. Perfect House!

We had a fantastic family stay at this house. Great communication, house was exactly as pictured/described, and probably the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Location is very convenient and neighborhood is quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were several games to entertain the kids. Pool was nice as well.

Perfect 4-night stay

Wavy Palms Review

Our recent stay at Wavy Palms was fantastic for myself, and a few kids while in the area for a baseball tryout. The accommodations were as described, and clean. One of the most important things in using Vrbo for me. Clean space. The house had everything we needed and made our stay perfect. Anna and the check in and communication process couldnt have been better and I would definitely stay again if in the area based on our recent visit

Splish Splash, we loved this pool!

This property was SO clean. The kitchen is well equipt and we didn't have to buy items at Publix such as dish & clothes detergent, new sponge, paper towels, paper cups, and the list goes on. The pool is sparkly clean with so many pools toys & floats. My 4 grandkids enjoyed the pool so much and spent hours with their cousins and never bored. The location was ideal for us being near the beaches and my son & family's house. The bedroom was a perfect place for the kids to share a room! I will hopefilly reserve this house when the family gets together again!
