A large master and 2 additional good sized bedrooms with an open kitchen, family sized kitchen table and an additional family room make this the perfect floorplan for just 2 or more. A queen sized sleeper sofa is perfect for extra guests. Located just 1.5 miles from Venice beach and Caspersen Beach (the sharktooth beach), you have the best of locations. Enjoy Saturday farmer's markets, pickleball, tennis and basketball located downtown. Live music in the square on weekends with endless opportunities for al fresco dining and live music abounds! Historic downtown Venice allows for shopping adventures as well as many amazing restaurants. We have two security cameras outside for your safety. One at the entrance and one at the back gate. Beautiful Home - Great Location

My husbans and I had a wonderful stay at the Peaceful Oasis. It truly was peaceful! The pool was perfect and the location of the beach (5 walkable short blocks) was awesome! I would definitely stay here again. Do not hesitate to book this home!!!

Great place

Debi’s place has everything you would need for a great vacation. It is very well equipped and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet; the house is close to town; the pool is relaxing. And Debi is very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for three weeks. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful house and location!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Venice Peaceful Oasis! The house was spotlessly clean and very modern. We enjoyed the pool, and the house is just a short drive from the beach. The host was great to work with and we hope to stay again soon!

Great week at the beach!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect for any and everything you may need. We thankfully didn’t need to check in with Deb too much during our stay, but she was very thoughtful to check in with us before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we need. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Venice beach

Perfect Location

This house was just minutes from the beach and our favorite locations. The host messaged ahead of time with to expect when we arrived and communicated throughout our stay as well. Great location for families looking to enjoy a beach vacation that won't have you traveling far to the beach or to receive household items.

Anniversary getaway

Amazing two-week vacation at this lovely home! Great location in a quiet neighborhood and the house was spacious, clean, completely furnished with comfortable beds and a lovely fresh decor. The pool was an incredible bonus daily! Our host was great at checking in (and I always have a lot of questions!). Very personable and was readily available throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home and we look forward to staying here again!

tthisThis is the second year in a row we have stayed here.We enjoyed the second year just as much as the first. The place is always clean and quiet. the master bedroom is quite large. the kingsize bed seems small when you walk into the room. Part of the biggest draw is the pool. We spend several hours each day ijn the beautiful pool. The location is somrthing else.You are it seemed like 5 minutes from everything, the beach, downtown and all our restaurants. Our host was amazing to work with. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks, Debi!

Highly Recomend

We were not sure we were going to be able and make our trip since it was right after the 2 hurricanes that hit Venice, luckily the house received no damage, only landscaping and Debi (owner) stayed in close contact with everything up until our check in... Beautiful place, and awesome location, close to the beach and close to town.. We plan to be back!! Thanks Debi

New adventure

The property was wonderful! The rooms were large and tastefully decorated, we had everything we needed to cook. Great location, easy to get around from. The pool was perfect! The keyless entry was a problem, very difficult because it was bent. Had to contact the owner so we could use a key which still had issues. The owner was quick to respond for any issues. I definitely would recommend this property. Great space:)

Beautiful home, beaches, and community.

It was a great stay and would come back again! Community was peaceful, quiet, and safe. Beaches were beautiful, not overcrowded, fun drum circle on North Jetty. My kids found enough shark teeth they could probably make their own shark. Not a criticism but the property is 15-20 walk from the nearest beach. We flew in and used our rental to travel to several beaches around the area. Sharing because we considered driving for the trip and I'm glad we decided to fly instead so we we're tired of being in the car and instead wanted to explore all the great places this community has to offer.

Total Experience

We came to Deb's place to visit Venice and enjoy some time with our son who recently moved to St.Petersberg. This updated and clean home is completely ready for any visitor. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who want to cook meals while visiting. The pool is so relaxing and was well maintained. We brought our floats and enjoyed relaxing everyday we were there. The bed in the master was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels, both bath and beach, to use. If your goal is to relax and enjoy everything Venice has to offer this is the perfect home to stay in. The beaches and downtown areas are so close and fun to explore. We were sad to leave and could have stayed much longer!

Great Venice island home

We were very happy with our stay. This was a top notch property on Venice Island! And Debi is a top notch host! The house was extremely clean, updated, and many thoughtful amenities included. The pool was so nice. And the pictures do not do it justice: the bedrooms were all very large! Debi is very responsive if you need anything and was very helpful as questions came up before and during our trip. The house is centrally located to everything (downtown, Sharkys beach, Venice Beach, grocery store, etc...). They neighborhood is very quiet with many friendly neighbors. Although, some places are walkable, I recommend having a car if staying in this part of the island.

Place was nice, newly remodeled. The pool pump went out on the second day of our stay. The pool service company dumped a ton of chemicals in the pool instead of repairing it. This was done without our knowledge. The host was not forthcoming about this. We had to inquire about why the jets stopped. She explained the pool company turned off the pumps and insisted the pool was safe. The chemicals were way too strong to swim. She send the pool company back to turn on the pump 3 days later on our last day. We were not thrilled to be without a pool for over 1/2 our trip in July.Host offered a 10% discount on a future stay which we declined.
