Great Location

The place was very peaceful and in a location that was right in town next to everything to make it easier to travel around. We loved the house and the pool. This was our second stay at this property in 3 years. 8 nights this time. We love its location....Close to multiple beaches, close to Venice Island and access to the Legacy Bike Trail. The neighborhood seems old and quiet. We walked around everyday and felt comfortable. There are a lot of older homes and some newer. This house is one of the older ones. The house was not "dirty" by any means, but it was not spotless. It is well used and is in need of some updates. It is pet friendly and it is obvious dogs have been in the house a lot. The pool area is nice, but the outdoor furniture is due for replacment. Overall, its fit our needs for its location and we were OK with its shortcomings. If you are going to be out enjoying Venice and surronding areas, this is a great place to call home for a week.

Wonderful house!!! Awesome pool!!!

This house was great! It was clean and tons of linens were provided. Kitchen stocked well with everything you would need. The pool was amazing! Rooms were large and all 3 rooms had a private bathroom. Washer and dryer are a great add as well. Location was perfect to so many beaches, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

Perfect vacation time in beautiful cozy house!

We stayed during first week in December. The house is very clean and conveniently located for restaurants and beach access. It was easy to check-in. The house is nicely equipped for the client’s stay! Heated pool is definitely a plus. We would highly recommend and plan on staying again when we have a chance.
